The pool was great to swim in. Having Roku's in the bedrooms was really nice as well. Comfortable, and relaxing to return home to after a day at the theme parks.

This was review was unfair. You’ll note the renters before and after did not leave the same review. We were never contacted by the Renter and asked to remedy any situation. That’s why I hire a property manager who manages a cleaning crew. We would’ve been more than happy to send over an additional cleaning. Crew is contacted to make sure the house was meant to standard. On the rare occasion that there is a cleaning issue, we will always remedy it. In my honest opinion, certain folks probably should not rent on Vrbo… I’ve been doing this with two houses for 15 years and it’s truly amazing the range of opinions and comments we get. We’ve got 100 reviews on both properties. I invite you to read them all and judge for yourself.

The house was perfect for our needs. The only small thing that could be repaired is the blinds in the kitchen but it was no big deal.That and the master bedroom bed could use a up grade. All in all the house worked for us.

Pros: pool with outdoor furniture, plenty of seating in kitchen/living room, lots of dishes/appliances available, very clean, washer/dryer available, spaciousCons: beds were HORRIBLY squeaky and uncomfortable, towels/linens expected to be laundered by guests (difficult when leaving for an early flight). No complimentary body wash, shampoo, conditioner, or coffee

There is some confusion here. My cleaner 'asks' for renters to throw their linens in the washer before they leave. Its a request and a pretty normal request on VRBO. If they dont do it then so be it. We do not have the resources to provide body wash/shampoo / conditioner...we are not a hotel. Instead, for about the same price, we provide a house with multiple TV bedrooms and a kitchen & swimming pool....Its frustrating when folks compare the service we provide to a hotel ( no soap or shampoo, sorry). We have never offered these things and we just don't have the time ( but the Walmart & Target are very close by We upgrade furmishings towells quarterlu. Appreciate the feedback.

Prop manager did what they could when we needed something. Furniture is very worn. A fresh coat of paint would improve the look of being clean. Carpets need cleaned. Patio furniture sun rotted. The house was cozy and accommodated our family of 4. We asked for the pool to be heated for our December stay and it was not. We are hoping to get our money back on that front. The master bedroom mattress could use updating. Overall the house was a great size for our Orlando vacation.
