This studio gives you an independent space where everything you need sits within reach. A private bathroom, a kitchenette for simple cooking, a queen bed, work area, storage, and a TV for your own apps are all included. The building uses a shared entry, but once inside your unit, the layout belongs entirely to you. Laundry is located on-site with a per-use setup.

The surrounding blocks offer a mix of residential calm and classic Hollywood access. You’ll find coffee spots, grocery stores, small eateries, and casual shopping scattered throughout the area, all within an easy walk. Iconic attractions, hillside trails, and local creative pockets are close enough for spontaneous trips.

Transportation is straightforward: buses run steps from the building, the Metro station is reachable on foot, rideshare services circulate all day, and street parking can be used when following posted restrictions.

DELIVERIES
All deliveries must be approved in advance. Unapproved deliveries are not permitted.

SAFETY & SECURITY POLICIES
1. Strict no-tolerance policy: Parties, intoxicated behavior, illegal substances, marijuana use, and smoking inside the property are prohibited. Cigarette smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
2. All doors and gates must remain closed and secured at all times. Entry codes may not be shared with anyone, including delivery personnel.
3. Appliances must not be left unattended while in operation (including but not limited to stoves and irons).

MAINTENANCE & PLUMBING
1. Garbage disposals are not designed for oil, bones, or food waste. Dispose of these items in the trash.
2. Toilets may only be used for toilet paper. Flushing other materials may result in plumbing damage.
3. Any damage, leaks, or operational issues must be reported promptly.

SHARED-SPACE ETIQUETTE
1. Guests are expected to maintain a respectful living environment. Quiet hours are observed from 8:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
2. Doors should be closed quietly, particularly during quiet hours.
3. Pets and additional occupants are not permitted without prior authorization.
4. Illegal downloading or streaming of copyrighted content using the property’s internet service is prohibited and may result in penalties from the service provider.
5. Heating (if provided), cooling (if provided), lighting, and electronic devices must be turned off when not in use or when leaving the property.
6. Laundry must be removed promptly after use.
7. Shared areas (kitchen, bathrooms, and common spaces) must be cleaned immediately after use.
8. Personal belongings must be kept within designated areas. Use of other guests’ property without permission is not allowed.
9. Furniture, appliances, and household items must be used responsibly and returned to their original condition and location.
10. Utilities such as water and electricity must be used responsibly.
11. Strong or lingering cooking odors late at night should be avoided.
12. All occupants are expected to comply fully with house policies.
13. Shared bathroom usage should be considerate, particularly during peak hours. Toilets may only be used for toilet paper.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Reservation and occupancy of the property constitute acceptance of all house policies. Guests assume responsibility for personal injury during their stay. Management is not responsible for lost or unattended personal belongings. Entry may be required with 12 hours’ notice for maintenance, repairs, or inspections.
