Canal Cove on Weeks Bay in Fairhope is the perfect retreat for a family of 9 with their pets or a group of couples coming to visit!

Grab a fishing charter nearby, head to Weeks Bay Reserve for hiking or wildlife watching, Oak Hollow Farm for skeet shooting or pheasant hunting, Weeks Bay Plantation to pick yummy fruit or check out the Blackberry Jam if you're in town that weekend... the list goes on and on! Or if you're up for a little further adventure, head to downtown Fairhope and explore the quaint city.

Whether you like to duke it out in Pac-Man, ping-pong, foosball, or board games, we've got you covered! From the game room to the garage, there is more than enough room for the kids to spread out while the adults have their own fun playing cornhole or hanging waterside at the firepit.

We have put a lot of thought and detail into this home, and we are sure you will love! If we missed anything or you have any questions, just shoot us a message! We typically respond in 1-2 hours (usually sooner, but just in case we are in a movie theatre..)

Other details to note:
^Personal login required for streaming services. No cable TV.

^Starter supplies of toiletries are provided (plenty for 3 day stay). However if you are here for a longer stay, you will likely need to make a short trip to the grocery to replenish some things, like paper products and garbage bags.

^Pets: If you are bringing your fur child, there is a $150 pet fee, per pet. No cats. Max 2 dogs. Please be sure to read Pet Rules and state your agreement to Host at the time of booking.

Additional House Rules:
-Person booking is responsible for all guests reading + complying with rules

-Quiet hours are 10p to 8a

-No parties - events allowed if approved prior to booking

-ALL people and up to one dog must be included in guest count (teens, children & infants included) to ensure we are in compliance with our cities Short Term rental guidelines. Only the number of guests stated in your reservation are allowed to be at or in the property at any time without express written approval of property owner. If you exceed the number of guests you book for, there will be a $100 fine per person per night. Violations will be met with applicable fines & eviction.

-Guests will not tamper with any security cameras for the exterior of the property which means no unplugging or covering them up while at the house (doorbell camera and backyard camera)

-We allow 2 dog per reservation after a conversation had with guest and host. Pet fee is $150 per dog. We allow two dogs per reservation and it must be disclosed before being brought as well as the pet fee paid. No pets on furniture or in beds unless you bring your own sheets, blankets and a couch cover. Pets must be crated if they are left in the house without humans around. All pet feces inside and out must be cleaned up before departure, any remaining will start at a $100 charge. If we need to have carpets or rugs cleaned it will be additional. If you are staying more than 14 days with a pet there will be a deep clean charge of $150.

-No smoking or drugs in the house. Odor remediation of any kind will result in a charge starting at $250

-Additional cleanings resulting from a party, start out at $250, please be respectful of our property and clean up after yourselves

-Flush only toilet paper in our toilets. Even the "flushable wipes" should not be used

-Unapproved late check outs will incur a $50/per hour charge

-Travel insurance recommended. Refunds will not be given due to inclement weather
