Great property with room for improvement

Townhome is conveniently located, clean, well stocked and nicely decorated but has a little room for improvement. The queen bed is extremely uncomfortable and it would be nice to have a love seat or another chair in living room as it only seats 4. We were a group of 5 adults who were in town for a fishing trip. We chose a this property over a hotel because it has amenities a hotel does not. We were disappointed to realize that the washer doesn’t work. With all the being said, I would stay here again

Very friendly but one of the main reasons we rented was to have a washer and right before we got there the something happened with the washer no big deal the property manager was very generous on giving us extra towels but we eneded up taking laundry to a laundry mat and had to spend more money the picture they have posted are not what it seems either the pool was way too small the outside area was also really small and it looks way bigger in picture there was scraps all over the floor the couch was really broken down

Previous guest left crazy amount of garbage that smelled horrible in outside garage cans. Somehow it became my responsibility to haul them to curb 4 days later. Could not sit outside because of the rotten garbage smell. Remotes to TV’s seemed like they all needed new batteries. Sufficient enough, but 10 minutes from anything in PCB you would want to do.

Overall, the house was as listed and slightly met our expectations, but there were a few issues that affected our stay. We notified the host immediately after checking in that one of the bedroom lights wasn’t working. She responded that she would take care of it, but it was never fixed, so we had to rely on the hallway light at night.The dryer also needs to be replaced or repaired, as it took multiple cycles to dry even a single load of laundry. Additionally, the shower liner in the main bathroom should be replaced because it appeared moldy.With a little more attention to cleaning details, routine maintenance, and responding promptly to guest concerns, this could be a much better experience. Overall, it was an okay stay, but there is definitely room for improvement.
