Beautiful apartment in an awesome neighborhood!

We were in town for a swim meet at the Webster Aquatic Center and we stayed at this awesome apartment. It was very well appointed, clean, and had a ton of charm. The neighborhood is adorable and walkable. The property manager was kind and responsive. We just loved our stay in Rochester. Thank you!

This property was a delight to stay in. The owner, Katy, has done a wonderful remodel of this unit. The place was done in a way that seems contemporary, but holds it's historic charm. Both bedrooms were super spacious and comfortable. The entire place was so clean. The host really put thought into even the little things! Quality toilet paper and the towels were so plush, it felt like a luxury stay for me. If I ever find myself in Rochester again, I will be reaching out to Katy!

Wonderful!

This was a wonderful stay across the board. Cleanliness - I stay in A LOT of rental properties, and this was hands down the cleanest above and beyond any I have stayed in. Host - Katy was wonderful with communication and made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Accommodations - the apartment has everything you need, plenty of linens, and stocked perfectly. It was quiet and lovely. Location - fabulous, it is in walking distance of everything you need, the neighborhood is charming and full of great restaurants, coffee shops and bars. It was a wonderful stay and I will stay here everytime I am in Rochester.
