The sophisticated décor and serene balcony overlooking the 18th hole creates a cozy retreat.

Swimming pool, pickle ball, golf clubhouse, bar & grill, gym, & event/wedding venue all within walking distance. Easy access to local attractions, dining, and shopping.

The Space
When you enter the upstairs one bedroom villa, you'll be welcomed by the cozy space for two. Please note, this is setup similar to a hotel room with studio, and private bath. From there, you'll notice your cozy balcony perfect for coffee in the morning or to watch an evening sunset. The bathroom is right off the bedroom and equipped with a shower/tub. This private space is yours to relax until it's time to hit the sheets.

Great little overnight trip

This villa is perfect to stay overnight for a wedding for event at Carter. We were so happy not to have to drive home after a wedding. Just a bed, bathroom and small fridge. Exactly what we were looking for. Room was clean and everything was nice and fresh.

Very disappointed as I never received the unit that I paid for. Found out last minute that there was a double booking and put in another unit. There was no working light in the bathroom and bathroom was full of black mold. Never was provided Wi-Fi password, so no working television with lack of Wi-Fi. No view of 18th green as promised from balcony. Definitely not the unit as described that I paid for .
