Penny is a wonderful host and easy to communicate with. Her property is beautiful and peaceful - and she was completely accessible when we had questions. We were in Gulf Shores for a wedding on the grounds - so this was a very convenient location for us.

Very family friendly There is a huge fee is you choose to use the grounds: tennis court/golf/ pools/ etc.Just remember the beaches are Free except for parking which is what the staff member told us when we went to swim w/ grandbabies.

Golf trip

The only thing that I would say is that some of the sheets, pillows, and towels had stains on them. Other than that it was perfect

The host was gracious and responded to messages quickly. We rented baby furniture to be delivered and the host offered to meet the delivery due to our late flight. Unlike most VRBO, the house had plenty of trash bags, and paper products and easy access to an outside bin for soiled diapers. The AC worked great, as well as ceiling fans to keep us cool. The King bedroom was spacious and fit 2 full size cribs without issues. Overall I will rent again.
