UPDATED 2 BEDROOM & 2 BATH BEACH FRONT CONDO
FREE WIFI.
The Kitchen HAS STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES UPDATED CABINETS & COUNTER TOPS. It has a new table with 6 chairs. There are 4 bar stools and restaurant style highchair. MASTER BEDROOM HAS new furniture. A KING BED with new mattress. THE OTHER BEDROOM HAS 2 FULL SIZE BEDS.
THERE IS A SOFA SLEEPER IN THE LIVING ROOM.
CERAMIC TILE THROUGH OUT.
IT has a smart TV ON THE WALL IN LIVING ROOM AND HD TVs in BOTH BEDROOMS. FULL size WASHER & DRYER IN THE UNIT.
Sliding glass balcony door with floor to ceiling windows.
BALCONEY IS ON THE OCEAN FRONT. LARGE heated POOL AND KIDDIE POOL. EXERCISE ROOM.
CHARCOAL GRILLS AND COVERED PICNIC TABLES, A COVERED AREA BY THE POOL. Has 2 ELEVATORS.
It is CLOSE TO RESTAURANTS, SHOPS, WATERVILLE, ZOO, CITY PARK, THE HANGOUT and MUCH MORE.
There is a one time fee for entire stay for parking passes for this building. They are $50.00 each. Limit two parking passes for two bedroom units.
OUR CONDOS ARE ON THE 4tH FLOOR.

The condo was very clean and well taken care of! Everything we could have needed was already there! The pool area was great! You could relax in the shade or sun! Access to the beach was fast and easy! Walking distance to anything you need! Will definitely book here again!

Great condo!

We had a great stay! The location is perfect- right on the beach with beautiful views and walkable to many restaurants. The condo was clean and the host was responsive and friendly. We'd love to stay again!

Very nice condo

Perfect location. Smaller complex which helps keep the beach less crowded. Condo is very comfortably furnished. At the end of the hallway. Beds were very comfortable. Balcony is kind of small by it’s ok for 2 people. My only complaint is paying 50 for parking.

The view from your balcony is fabulous! The unit is spacious enough for 2 people. Walking distance to restaurants. We had a great time!

Enjoyed our quick trip to Gulf Shores. Building is conveniently located. Brought elderly mother and she enjoyed the location, beach access and kitchen.

Just what we needed!

This property was perfect! We absolutely love the location—right on the ocean, within walking distance of shops, the city park and restaurants. The condo was spotless and very welcoming. We have rented from these owners multiple times and have only positive things to say about our interactions. We will be back!!

Quick Beach Trip

We wanted to get away for a quick fall break weekend with our adult children. We arrived a little bit early and were able to communicate with the owner and they graciously allowed us an early check-in. We found the condo very clean and accommodating. We had everything that we needed for a comfortable getaway. The property on which the condo was located was extremely well maintained and clean and everyone working on the property was extremely friendly and helpful. It was a very short and convenient walk to the beach which allowed us to not have to drag an entire days worth of stuff at one time. There are soft drink machines in the lobby as well as an ice vending machine, which is very handy. The pool area was very clean as were the complimentary grills. The grills were equipped with grilling tools and a bag of charcoal. We really couldn't have asked for a better overall experience. We'll definitely book here again the next time we travel to the beach.

Nice stay right in the beachfront

A nice apartment a short walk from the Hangout. Easy beach access for great sunrise and sunset views. I liked the fact there was a Keurig as well as a regular coffee maker.

Good short getaway

Everything went well. No problem with owner & they communicated well when request was made to change dates. Only hiccup was change dates not picked up by condominium office so advance parking pass could be purchased online.

Some disappointment

Had to pay $50 for parking pass. The plates, silverware were dirty, had to wash anything we used. The cookware was in bad shape. Wouldn’t sit level on stovetop, and even with spraying the pans the food stuck. There were other signs of wear and tear. The owner Doris was nice but the unit and things inside need updating.
