Well Maintained 3 Bedroom 2 Bath non-smoking townhouse unit with loft. Located beachside with great ocean views from all bedrooms and balcony. Unit is on top two floors, so no loud neighbors above you. Wonderful family complex with on site security. Unit comes with two car covered parking. Also no long elevator lines at this complex only steps to the beach.

First floor features master bedroom with king bed, guest bedroom with queen bed, bath, kitchen, dining area and den. There is a sofa in the den. Upstairs bedroom/loft has two queen beds, bathroom and a stacked washer/dryer. Each bedroom has a flat screen tv. Kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Bring the whole family will sleep up to 8 people comfortably.

Complex has a beautiful remodeled pool area with a tropical theme. Bar-B-Q area is located next to pool.

Conveniently located in Central Gulf Shores 1/2 mile west of 59/182 intersection. Within walking distance of the Shrimp Festival, restaurants and shopping, This place has it all for a wonderful family vacation.

About owner/property owner

Owners are from northwest Alabama. Enjoy going to the beach at every opportunity. We have two wonderful daughters that we are so proud of. The oldest has recently finished a deployment in Afghanistan with the 101st Airborne Division. Our youngest is a sleep lab supervisor at a local hospital. We bought this unit because we think family vacations are very important. Some of our best memories include trips to the beach at Gulf Shores.

The unit was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The location was super..close to the beach

The owners were excellent to work with. Very concerned owners and they keep the unit up to date. We had plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. There was plenty of space in the unit .We will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful condo with amazing owners.

The condo was amazing. Very updated. Convenient. Has everything to make your stay easier and relaxed. Very clean. Good view of ocean plus a short walk to beach. Close to many stores and attractions. Owners are easy to contact. I had left an someone expensive item in the closest. Contacted owner and they were willing to send it to me at no charge which is a huge plus for me. Many places I've stayed would say your out of luck if you leave it. Or cleaning people would say they didn't find it. They have honest cleaners that found it and held onto it for the owners. Very pleased with stay and hoping to come back again next year. But definitely a longer stay. I love the area. Too much to do in one week. Would highly recommend staying here. Only recommendation I have. And it's not for the condo or owners. Is I feel they should have some sort of employee in the pool area for pool hours. I had some younger guest from another condo come to the pool while me and my kids were swimming and were agitated to see children there. So they were making some rude comments toward us and were making some not so child friendly actions until we left. So staff could help with that. But again. That has no reflection toward the condo or owners themselves. They cant control the guests of other condos or unfortunately the younger generations. Can't wait to go back to this location.

We loved Ocean Reef and room 404!

Love how the condo complex is set up. We loved our room 404. Plenty of room. Beds were very comfy. Loved that our room had a washer and dryer, not all rooms have them. Will definitely be staying in room 404 again and highly recommend this room!

Nice beachfront condo

We rented this condo for 8 of us this last week and found this unit almost perfect to meet our needs. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating for meals. We were really impressed with the owner. We reported a couple of problems and they were quickly addressed (burned out light over the stairs to the loft and broken shelf in the fridge). The only reason we didn't give 5 stars is that some things could be improved. There wasn't quite enough silverware and blinds in the bedrooms aren't in the best condition. It would be nice if there were blackout curtains instead especially with young children who needed to sleep past 6 and needed to nap. A few more towels would have been nice but at least there was a washer which many did not seem to have. We did not have issues with the Wi-Fi like one of the earlier guests mentioned. We never used any tv's so can't comment on that. Overall this was a good value for the money paid and we would stay again if we come back to the area.

Owner's Response: Glad you enjoyed your stay. Our Housekeeping Service notified us the stair way light bulb was burnt out before your arrival Saturday evening and I did everything I could to get it changed before your arrival but it took me to Sunday morning to get it changed. No one was eager to set up a ladder up on the steps to change the light bulb. Thanks for letting us know the silverware has gotten low. There was plenty at the beginning of the season but it has been a very busy rental season. We have 4 towels in each bathroom, that is the standard for a unit with a occupancy of eight. You are correct most units in Ocean Reef don't have a washer and dryer but we chose to install one for the convenience of our guest. The vertical blinds offer a better view than curtains but still has privacy. Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts with us.
