The unit was neat and clean! The property was everything we needed in one place to keep our boat, truck, and trailer on the property and not have to put anything in storage. This is hard to find in Destin!

Great stay

Condo was beautiful and very clean! It fit my family of 6 easily without feeling crowded. It was loaded with anything we could need. It’s a great location central to great food and fun places. The ONLY downfall was climbing four short flights of stairs to unload luggage and groceries. Also, many stairs lead to the beach with no access for wagons other than through a restaurant area.

Wonderful place and stay! Great room! Great property. Had everything you need! However. They sent the WRONG door code and after we had already had check in. Thankfully we guessed. The right door code. (The unit #). You can also tell they just copy and paste majority of their responses see rather than personalize situations and responses. Every email response (because they DO NOT answer the phones) had an incorrect aspect or information. Then tried (but didn’t) to charge me $25 for one hour later checkout despite the fact I’m a gold Expedia member and get free late check out. Overall great little “resort”. Very cute place with all the stuff u need for beach, cooking, extra towels, bottled water in the fridge , would only change communication aspect.
