The massive living room runs adjacent to the dining area and kitchen with a vast amount of cabinet space, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The grand primary bedroom boasts a giant wall closet, access to the private balcony, and a large primary bathroom with dual sinks. In addition, the 2nd floor conveniently offers a washer/dryer hallway closet, guest bedroom and a full bathroom.

Spanish Walk is conveniently located off Gerald Ford Drive between Cook Street and Frank Sinatra Drive in Palm Desert.
Spanish Walk Resort-Style Amenities:
Olympic-sized pool for recreation, laps, and a spa. There is a fitness center on the property with 24-hour access. Kids water play area, colossal greenbelt park for people and dogs, rec room, billiard room, game room, three smaller pools, and spa on the grounds. No tennis courts or golf are on the property, but both are nearby if needed.
