Our cozy, well-appointed tiny house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the prime location in the heart of Little Italy makes it the perfect home base for exploring all that Venice has to offer. NO additional guest is allowed.
If you are planning to have a visitor, you will need to coordinate that visit with the host!
If the visit has been coordinated with host, they will need to park outside the property and they can visit ONLY during normal hours 9am - 10pm, if the cameras show a visitor out of those hours, you will be report as non-compliance with rules and a penalty fee of $60 will be applied! (No exceptions)
