The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip bed and place all used linens, towels, and wash cloths beside washing machine.
Remove any trash and put into the city receptacle outside. Mondays are trash day. Kindly put the receptacles to the end of the driveway Sunday evening if possible.
Make sure all lights and appliances are off. And AC is turned to low fan and at 75 degrees. Check cabinets and fridge for any food you may have brought. Please take it with you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

It’s a quiet, residential gem tucked away from the high-traffic tourist zones, yet it's perfectly positioned between the buzzing restaurant districts of Punta Gorda and the pristine beaches of Boca Grande.

The Waterfront Lifestyle: What I enjoy most about this neighborhood is the connection to the water. Between the babbling brooks throughout the community and the Myakka River in the backyard, the atmosphere is incredibly calming.
