The space
We have furnished it with all new furniture including very comfortable beds and mattresses. We have not forgotten a thing!

WE CLEAN AND SANITIZE BEFORE AND AFTER EACH GUEST.

Access to the whole house and private backyard.
Other things to note
There is a Smart Lock on the door in the carport. Guests will be provided a 4 digit code prior to their arrival. This code will be used to access the home during their stay. Check your booking details for this code.

There will be a $35 fee if the guest fails to checkout on time. Checkout is at 10am.

The pool is professionally cleaned each week.

SURROUNDING AREA: 1 mile from Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood Airport, 3 miles from the beach, boat tours and other water activities, grocery store only a ½ mile away, downtown (bars & restaurants) 3.5 miles away, Everglade Airboat Tours 30 miles away. (see customer notes for unique write up)

KID FRIENDLY: Butterfly World, Lion Country Safari, Topgolf, Tidal Wave Water Park, CastAway Water Park, Museum of Discovery and Science and Dr. Von D. Mizell-Eula Johnson State Park.
One beach towel will be put out per guest. If any are missing upon departure there will be a $25 charge per towel missing.

MOSQUITOES: Depending on time of year. Prevalent after dark. Keep the door closed. Apply repellent.

IGUANAS and WILD GREEN PARROTS: You may spot some Iguanas and Parrots around our Backyard Oasis - They're harmless local wildlife and part of the unique experience here!

AS PER CITY ORDINANCE PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. FREE PARKING UP TO 2 CARS - NO ON STREET PARKING. NOT FOLLOWING THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN A CANCELLATION OF YOUR RESERVATION AND REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY WITH NO REFUND DUE!
