3 story townhouse with 3 ½ bathrooms and a private pool. Better than paying for 3 hotel rooms! Each beautiful bedroom has its own private bathroom. Flat screen TVs and Wifi in every room. Fully stocked with beach towels and board games to keep the whole family entertained! This beautiful modern townhouse is minutes from the cruiseport and the airport.

From hairdryers to extra toothbrushes, we’ve got you covered. Set up with all of the comforts of a hotel, and then some! Stay for a day or stay for a month. Our home is your home!

First floor: living room, dining room, fully stocked kitchen, ½ bathroom, small completely fenced in back patio with a private pool.

Second floor: Master bedroom with King sized bed, en-suite Master bathroom with separate tub and walk-in shower, Guest bedroom with Queen sized bed, Guest bathroom with shower/tub.

Third floor: Private bedroom with two Queen sized beds with private bathroom, large terrace with city views.

Great location and getaway.

Customer service was excellent. Matt was very communicative and quickly responded. Perfect location near shops and dining. As well as a 5-10 minute drive to beach and entertainment. Great sat for 3 couples with privat rooms and bathrooms, and a private pool.

We had to find an alternative place to stay at the last minute. The stairs were unsafe and the pool wasnt clean and surroundings area had food waist and trash all around. The kitchen was not properly equipped and the blinds were broken. We asked for a full refund, but nothing so far.
Multiple broken stairs. Safty hazard!
Chicken bones on the chair and the mat outside by the pool.

Condo dirty on arrival.. owner great communication

Place is nice.. great location to beaches.. Just could of been cleaned better before arriving and items for us to clean while staying.. Pool not heated and no way of keeping it clean while staying .. perfect gathering area.. Owner nice and did answer every text and call.. did get us beach towels when none were there too.. water pressure good in showers .. Would stay again if it was cleaned better before arriving

Just ok.

Just ok, pool would have been nice if it was heated. But wasn’t. Few other issues but the house was nice.

You don't generally need a heated pool in Florida, especially a smaller pool. We find people typically swim year round, even in February when the pool is the coldest. If there were other issues, it's unfortunate you never told us as we would have tried our best to make your stay 5 stars. Thanks for staying with us.

Little Hide a way

Host was very pleasant and concerned with our experience. Conveniently located to shopping, food, (in walking distance) airport and Cruise port. Plenty of space for 3 couple separation and joint meal times. Was a perfect place.

Property Manager was awesome and so was the VRBO!

The place was adorable and the property manager was awesome! He was great with communication and super cool. We enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend staying here!

Great condo, dirty pool

I checked into this spacious condo and it looked like the pictures. There were only a few issues: #1 The pool was dirty. I was looking forward to being in the Florida sun, enjoying both the beaches and pool. My friend ended up cleaning the pool upon arrival and made it somewhat decent enough for swimming. I called the owner ab this and he informed me that the pool would be cleaned the next day. This was odd since he also informed me that guest stayed the night before my arrival. It should have been cleaned prior to. #2 The condo didn't include cookware and standard amenities like paper towels. I again called the owner and was informed that those items weren’t included. Of course, purchasing paper towels, tissue, cups, etc. is no issue, I just wish we knew that prior to our arrival and we would have bought them. Overall, nice place.

Our thoughts

Parking was the only bad thing. Property holds up to ten people but no where for them to park. Other than that the stay was great and great communication with the owner.

Hi Raymond for your review. You are correct that there are two dedicated parking spots. Because of townhouse is in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, our house is NOT good for guests with lots of cars. In fact, because we don’t allow parties, we would discourage guests that have lots of cars from booking in the first place. Nevertheless, for those guests that have more than two cars, you can always pay for parking at a hotel one block away.

A perfect property within ten-fifteen minutes of everything.

Property was mostly clean on arrival, pool needed cleaning but there was a telescope pole outside. A good amount of utensils in the kitchen and a nice fridge with ice machine. Beds were all very comfortable. Four bathrooms and three showers made getting ready to go out very easy. Television on the first floor with access to Netflix and Hulu. Overall a wonderful property was so nice to relax by the pool. The surrounding area did not seem to be the nicest area of Fort Lauderdale but it’s within driving distance of everything.

Nice place to stop for a short stay

We stayed for a night before heading down to the Florida Keys. It has a short commute to the beach and is right across the street from a nice park. The pool was a bonus too. All in all a great place to stay for a night or two!
