Your Marco Island adventure begins at this canal front 3-bedroom house with direct gulf access, that welcomes up to 6 guests, in some cases we can make exemptions and allow 8 guests submitted to approval as there is a sofa bed on the living room. Nestled in a serene neighborhood yet only 5 minutes to the beach and near all the restaurants in the area, this superb property offers 2 queen beds, 1 bunk bed, and 3 bathrooms with a bathtub and shower. The living room features a cozy sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. With amenities like WiFi, AC, Coffee station, game room with pool table, dominoes, foosball and more, BBQ grill (with an extra charge of $35), heated pool and spa (heater also has an extra charge of $65 daily) with amazing water view, Laundry room and a comfortable, spacious and full equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy a peaceful stay where they can fish in the canal, rent kayaks and enjoy of one of the most beautiful sunsets in FL.
