This tastefully decorated, lakefront, condo is located at Delton Grand. You will enjoy your morning coffee on the porch watching as life on the lake rolls by.

This unit is perfect for families, girl`s trips, and golfers alike. This unit is situated by the outdoor pool (open seasonally) and one of the two beaches. We also have an indoor pool and hot tub (open year-round), gas grills, and a fire pit.

Upon arrival, you will find convenient parking in our indoor, heated, garage. From your car, you will take an elevator straight to your floor that is shared with just one neighbor (a full-time resident).

Our condo has a large kitchen that is equipped with most anything you`ll need to prepare your favorite charcuterie or meal. You will need to bring your own food products, including spices. The kitchen has a bar that is perfect for evening conversation.

Besides the breathtaking views of the lake, our living room has a sleeper sofa, electric fireplace and a large 65` Smart TV with cable so that you don`t miss the action on game day.

There are no notable exceptions to guest access. A few minor things are an owner`s closet and there are some locked doors around the property but none of this is anything that will affect a visitor.

We are around if you need anything, but we will definitely give you the space you need to have a peaceful vacation.
