Spacious & Inviting Layout

• First Floor: Ideal for guests who want their own space, this level includes two queen bedrooms and a bunk room with twin-over-twin and full-over-full bunks. A media room—featuring a 65” Smart TV, reclining leather couches, and a refrigerator —connects to one of the guest rooms and can be closed off for privacy or left open as a hangout space.
  
  
• Second Floor: The heart of the home, this level boasts an open-concept great room with tile floors, an oversized L-shaped sectional, and a 75” Smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops, double ovens, and seating for 12 at the farmhouse dining table and breakfast bar. Step outside onto the covered balcony, where you’ll find extra seating and an outdoor sink for cleaning the day’s fresh catch. A second bay-facing balcony with a porch swing offers a peaceful spot to enjoy the ocean air. A queen bedroom and full bath are also located on this floor, along with a laundry room for added convenience.
  
  
• Third Floor: This level features a queen guest bedroom with full bath and the luxurious primary suite, complete with a king bed, 50” Smart TV, private furnished balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub.
