Your RV, our space! We have a private RV space with full hookups available in downtown Tucson. Just a short walk to the AZ Gem & Mineral Show, AZ Theatre Company & Tucson Convention Center, The Children's Museum, The Fox & Rialto Theatres, the light-rail streetcar to the University of Arizona and Mercado, and downtown restaurants and nightlife. There is a lighted private gate and room for off-street parking with full hookups, including free on-site laundry. ***See space restrictions***.

This historic neighborhood has lots of beautiful homes and incredible characters. Thing walking distance to the gem show and the hottest restaurants and nightlife is a plus.

What makes this property unique

Our rustic Victorian was originally built in 1910 and has tons of character. Recent renovations have made a cute, homey, and a comfortable place to stay.

The space
This spacious RV travel trailer or van conversion SPACE ONLY measures 47' long X 13-14' wide with a 9' maximum height restriction (due to the shade sail! - sail is removed for the winter or by request so no height restrictions Nov-March). The access off Arizona Avenue provides a maximum of 27' width for backing in, so please keep this in mind. Please no large 5th wheels or RVs that are outside of these measurements. We have been able to back in a 41' total length truck+rv in these space requirements. Please ensure your dimensions will fit before booking.
