Bring the whole family and enjoy your own private home with a huge flat yard on crystal clear Little Sebago Lake. Swim on the 60' of frontage with easy entry and a sandy beach, bring your boat for some fishing or tubing, or sip coffee from the deck or fire pit area.

Hardwood floors throughout, with an open concept living room and kitchen featuring direct views of the lake on the 1st floor. The house is a little older, but we've updated the kitchen, the entire upstairs bathroom, and the vanity in the downstairs bathroom.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Return the key to the lockbox.
