Lake & Dock: The private dock is available Memorial Day through Halloween, weather permitting. The community beach is accessible year-round. When the lake freezes in winter, ice skating, ice fishing, and cross-country skiing are possible — but activities are entirely weather dependent and not guaranteed.

Fireplace: The home features a functional electric fireplace in the living area — warm, inviting, and available year-round.

Fire Pit: Available year-round. Please bring your own firewood or purchase locally.

Minimum Stay: 3-night minimum in off-season, 4-night minimum in peak season. Holiday weeks may require a 3-night minimum.

Long Stays: Weekly and monthly discounts are available for remote workers, writers, and extended getaways. Message for details.

Community Rules: This home is located in a lake community. Please respect neighbors, keep noise reasonable, and observe quiet hours. No events or large gatherings permitted.

Off-Limits Areas: Locked storage areas and the treehouse are off-limits to guests. Please do not enter neighboring properties or use their docks or boats.
