Visit to Tucson & Sabino Canyon

This was a great place to stay for our vacation to Tucson. It is a good size for two people and convenient to the people and places we wanted to visit (Sabino Canyon). Sybil is a great host and accommodative to our needs and desires. We will definitely consider staying here again for a future trip.

Sweet spot

My fiance and I were in town to visit friends and house shop. Sybil's place was a great place to relax, enjoy the pool and recover from our outings.

Attending Graduation Ceremonies

We had a very nice stay for our short time in Tucson. We had graduation ceremonies to attend over two days. Sybil was very accommodating to us with both an early arrival and later checkout. Very nice area.

Cozy and quiet complex

The layout of the property worked great for us by accommodating our extra gear we brought. King bed was very comfortable. Location made it easy to access all of our vacation excursions. Sybil was an excellent host and the rental process was very smooth.

Excellent Stay

The condo was very nice, in a nice complex with a pool and hot tub. It is in a nice part of town and it was easy to get to places we needed to go. The bed was comfortable the bedroom was very large with a very large walk in closet. Excellent place to stay.

Perfect, affordable spot in a great part of town

4 of us stayed here over Christmas, and it was a great little spot! Clean, quiet, comfortable, and pretty well-stocked in the kitchen with pots, pans, mugs, plates, etc. My only complaint is that the pull-out couch isn't super comfortable, but as far as pull-out couches go, it's par for the course. Sybil is a wonderful host and is very communicative. Would happily stay here again.

The property actually exceeded our expectations. The condo was roomy, the furnishings were nice, bed was comfy, and the owner was responsive and helpful. It was nice to have two bathrooms. The Skyline Springs property was nicely landscaped, and the pool area, furniture, etc was very nice. I would definitely recommend this property

Great Stay!

We recently spent a month in this lovely and convenient condo. It had all the makings for a comfortable stay while being close to all the amenities of Tucson. Plenty of room for the two of us and everything for meals and general housekeeping needs. The complex was quiet and within walking distance to cafes, groceries and other conveniences. Sybil was extremely accommodating before and after the stay. The condo was lovely and just what we needed. Thank you!

Excellent location. Walking distance to Bisbee breakfast club and several good restaurants. Also can walk to Safeway ,CVS and Starbucks. Unit was perfect size for 2 of us. Bed was comfortable. Unfortunately living room couch was not. It is nice to have washer/dryer on premises. Kitchen was well stocked & nice to have Roku TV Nice pool & hot tub were heated. Unfortunately it was unseasonably cold in late January so we did not use them.

Amazing

I stayed here for 3 months earlier this year and my biggest regret was I had to leave. The Condo Is quietly located in a peaceful location with access to a an amazing communal Pool and Garden Area. The Condo itself is extremely tastefully decorated, and the little touches are amazing. Cleanliness wise it was spotless. Sybil is a pleasure to deal with. I have travelled to multiple locations in the US and Europe and can honestly say that this was one of the nicest locations I have stayed in. Highly Recommended AAAAA - You will not regret it.

What a beautiful, welcoming and clean condominium! The wonderful art work throughout made Sybil's condominium feel like a second home to us. We loved all the attention to detail and loving care that has clearly been put in to this home The fully equipped kitchen was very convenient for having home cooked food. We enjoyed a meal with our daughter and fiancee (who live nearby) at the family table. It was very helpful to have two bathrooms. An ensuite bathroom is stocked with ample towels. A second, fully stocked guest bathroom is a welcome addition. There is also a sunny deck and the pool is close by. The condo feels quiet and private and there is plenty of lighting. We appreciated the cool shade in the Summer due to it being a downstairs condominium. The condo has a great location with all the wonderful restaurants and shops of the Catalina foothills in easy reach. There is a fantastic bakery in walking distance. Sabino Canyon is a short drive away. We encountered a significant issue due to an error on our part during the trip. Sybil immediately responded. Sybil could not have been kinder and more gracious helping us to solve the issue. We were provided with quick help to gain condo access which was greatly appreciated. Every need was met and anticipated throughout our visit. Thankyou for our lovely stay Sybil! Best wishes Louise and Chris

Great location for a relaxing vacation

We spend the whole month of April in Sybil’s beautiful Condo and we enjoyed every day. The Condo was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you can expect. Sybil put a lot of thought in the various, unique and beautiful decorations. Sybil is a wonderful and gracious host. She made us feel welcome the day we arrived and she treated us like special friends during our whole stay. Whenever we had any questions or concerns; Sybil was very quick to respond and to take care of us without delay. The whole complex is very clean, quiet and peaceful. The landscaping was very well maintained and so was the community pool and hot tub. The other residences were very friendly and welcoming. The complex is only a short walking distance from two shopping centers with some nice restaurants. An upscale Shopping mall was only a short drive away and so were several beautiful hiking trails. We highly recommend this condo. It was hard to leave this great place and we are planning on returning next year

conveniently located, very pleasant condo

we have friends who live in tucson, so they were familiar with this area -- near a major road (but these condos up a road and totally quiet), easy to walk to drugstores, grocery store, shopping, BOA, etc. we had a little problem finding the unit initially, but that is very minor -- it was there, but we didn't know where to look at first for building info (units are labelled A-C etc.). the unit was clean, there were plenty of extra blankets (which we appreciated because of cold spell), the heat worked fine, and the owner was so kind, she brought us chocolate croissants! we wanted to avoid noise, and we did -- even the gates (not locked) closed silently, and residents were quiet. the pool was lovely, but it was too cold when we were there (jan. and apparently unusually chilly for most of our stay) to swim, though my husband enjoyed the jacuzzi outdoors. would definitely stay there again. sybil responded to any questions or concerns immediately, and, in general, it was a clean and pleasant environment in which to have a vacation. walks on the roads above the condo are very interesting. good location, nice owner.

Excellent Condo, Great Neighborhood

This condo was perfect for my family's 3-week stay in Tucson. The condo is very nice and clean. It had all of the necessities. The property is well-maintained. The walk-in closet is very big. In fact, it fit my daughter's pack and play with plenty of room to spare, so we were able to use the 2nd bedroom (office) without worrying about waking her. It was almost like having 3 bedrooms. We loved the pool and jacuzzi. I think what sets this condo apart is the owner though. She is super nice, very accommodating, and an excellent person to rent from. She truly just wanted us to enjoy every minute. She was not about the rent, but whether or not we were enjoying ourselves. She even offered to store our suitcases at her house. I would recommend this condo to anyone. Even though we did not take advantage of this, I know this condo is very close to excellent hiking and outdoor adventures. It is just a block from restaurants and a grocery store, bank, pharmacy, etc (even though you could not hear any of the noise from these).

This condo was perfect. The host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The condo was clean and had every amenity in the kitchen I could ask for. They also had multiple kitchen appliances available, which I found to be very helpful. The condo was very close to nearby shops, including Trader Joe’s, CVS, restaurants, and a weekend farmers market. The host left a notebook of recommendations, many of which I took and helped my stay to be even better. The condo was incredibly clean and had extras of anything you might need, including towels and sheets.

Great stay in Tucson

The property was in a small condo community with one pool very close to all the units. As of April 1, it was not heated, but still swimmable. Hot tub was hot. The condo was as reported. No views of the mountains, but view of the plan trees. Bubbling water course right outside which was nice. It was quiet. Hard to get out going east on Swan so had to go west and do U-turn. All in all was a fine place to stay.
