Had a great 3 night stay at this property. There were some minor issues (a curtain rod was hanging on for dear life and one of the baths didn't drain), but that was about the extent of it. The proximity to the beach and the view were amazing. I would love to come back here soon!

Great Beach Getaway

The condo was just as described in the listing, no unpleasant surprises. It was very cute, very clean, and in a great location. Just steps to the beach with a life guard. Jordyn was easy to work with and in touch if we needed anything. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view of the beach. The condo is steps from the beach, and has a wonderful large porch. The host was responsive and accommodating. The kitchen has some basics. Only thing I would note is when we got there, there was no toilet paper or paper towels, so would recommend bringing some especially if you’re going to arrive late at night! Great experience though and would stay here again.

Enjoyable weekend getaway.

The room was perfect for us and conveniently set up. Only downfalls were that the tvs in the bedrooms were hard to use, the showers didn’t drain properly, the pool was closed and the pullout sofa wasn’t cleaned - so we were unable to use it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Perfect location for our family.

First of all, let me say this is a very nice property. It is perfect for families with children or elderly as it is on the first floor. I usually stay in this building and I hadn’t had the pleasure of staying in this unit. Three bedrooms are almost impossible to find.One day the elevator broke so it was great to be able to only have to go upstairs one floor. The unit is very well equipped however, there are a few basic things that I wanted to point out. The seating on the balcony is very limited. It would be nice to have a table or something out there other than the two chairs that are out there I guess because the unit is on a lower floor the birds may be the problem. There was also an issue with the towels which we pointed out to the owner and someone came the very next day to rectify we also had a bit of an issue with the remote controls. Again this is more of a maintenance issue. Just purchaseanother remote control as all of the TVs are the same. I don’t care at a price point of $4,000 whether the maintenance staff misplaced it or not. One remote control is missing. We never were able to get a replacement one. The issue with the door was addressed by the owner as a future improvement. I’m not really sure that this was a suggestion or something that really should be been done. Also, the outlet by the bed is not functional due to the placement of the headboard. Again overall, it was a very nice unit and after all it’s about making memories at the beach.
