The Space:

Soft morning light spills over the balcony, framing the gentle sweep of the golf course as you sip coffee and feel the quiet of the gated community settle around you. Inside, the open living spaces invite you to spread out, share stories, and unwind after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. As evening falls, the theater room beckons for a movie night, while the game room offers a playful pause with a pool table and arcade games. The heated pool glistens under the Florida sun, ready for a refreshing dip whenever you wish.



Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms are arranged over two floors for privacy and convenience. On the main level, a bedroom with a king bed and an attached bathroom provides a tranquil retreat. Upstairs, two additional king bedrooms each have their own attached bathrooms—one opens onto a balcony with views of the golf course and pool, the other faces the street. Two more upstairs bedrooms each contain a twin bed and a full bed, sharing an attached bathroom between them. Altogether the home sleeps ten guests across seven comfortable beds.



Outdoor living

Step onto the patio to find the heated pool just beyond, surrounded by outdoor furniture that encourages relaxed lounging or al fresco meals. The consistently warm Florida climate makes the pool a year‑round amenity, whether you prefer a sunrise swim or a quiet evening by the water.



Kitchen & dining

A spacious kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances invites you to prepare meals at your own pace. Indoor and outdoor dining areas make gathering for breakfast, dinner, or a casual snack effortless. A washer and dryer are available for longer stays, and a smart lock ensures easy, self‑check‑in.



Entertainment & comfort

Beyond the pool, the home offers a dedicated theater room for movies, a game room with a pool table and arcade games, and a living area centered around a flat‑screen TV and comfortable seating. Wi‑Fi and a dedicated workspace keep you connected if work calls.



Neighborhood

Located in Reunion Resort, the gated community is set against a manicured golf course, offering peaceful walks and a residential feel. Restaurants, shops, and everyday conveniences lie just outside the resort, while Disney’s Magic Kingdom and other central Florida attractions are a short drive away. Free parking and a private entrance simplify arrivals and departures.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard.

There are (2) spots in the driveway for parking.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
