This fabulous condo on Tybee Island offers 3 cozy bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with 2 twin beds. With 2 bathrooms stocked with all the essentials, including a hair dryer, shower, and bathtub, guests will feel right at home. The living room even has a comfy sofa bed for extra sleeping space. This lovely retreat is the perfect spot for your getaway. We will be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

Most convenient VRBO I ever stayed. Beach, pool, restaurant and bar all in the same property just a few steps to get to. Most all inclusive option without actually being one. The condo was just the right amount of space and the balcony oversaw everything including the sunrise every morning. Teens felt safe on all the property alone.

Great stay in Tybee Island

We planned a trip with friends to see the Savannah Bananas. Initially we were going to stay in Savannah proper but found this spot in Tybee Island. It proved to be the perfect area for our two families to enjoy everything Savannah had to offer. It was about 30 minutes to get to downtown (we spent a day exploring the city and going to Leopolds ice cream). The condo offered two suites and one room with two smaller beds for the two boys to share (which they loved). Everything was organized and clean when we arrived. The pool, restaurant (which we ended up using more than we thought and was very good in our opinion), and beach were all great to have for the kids. There were plenty of fun things to do such as Captain Derek's dolphin tours, Fort Pulaski, the lighthouse and more. Communication with Rhonda (property manager) was very easy and she was kind as can be. We would definitely recommend this property, and it was part of making our trip one to remember.

Condo was great, lots of room and space for kids to hang out. Condo was very clean and had so many amenities such a sand toys, chairs, a cooler which was so helpful when you fly down. Resort was nice, the restaurant, The Deck is great! We didn’t have the best weather so we were hoping the heated pool would help, the heater broke half way through stay and they said it was fixed but it never really felt warmAgain.

The condo was nice. We had 6 adults and a toddler. We definitely could have used more bath towels. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of space to cook. The patio is small and the outdoor sofa could be cleaned or new cushions. Overall would stay here again and the location for the parade was excellent.

I live on Wilmington Island, which is approximately 10 minutes from Tybee! I love the beach....any beach! But, I especially love Tybee! My children grew up on Tybee, so it has a special place in my heart! The seafood is the freshest and best that you will ever have! Tybee is a place where you can do as much or as little as you like. There are cool shops, amazing restaurants, places with live music, bicycles and golf carts for rent, and a large beach (even at High Tide)!!
I love sharing our condos with our guests because I know they will love them just as much as we do! We work hard to keep everything up-to-date, in excellent condition, and as clean as possible. We also strive to have everything available in the condo that any guest could possibly need!

Why they chose this property

I absolutely love Beachside Colony Resort! It is the premier, oceanfront place to stay on Tybee. We have 2 pools and our entire pool area was remodeled 2 years ago. One of the pools has zero entry, so the little ones can splash around in that area! I love that we are located mid-beach and are walking distance to many places! I especially love that we have an on-site restaurant/bar "The Deck" beside our pools!!! They have fabulous food and amazing cocktails!

What makes this property unique

Tybee is truly the "Martha's Vineyard" of the South!!! It is the best kept secret around. Our condo is decorated beautifully and has a nice view of the ocean and also a view of the pools! It's so nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy the peace that the ocean brings!! Our condo is very spacious, so you never have to worry about being too crowded!
