SUPERBES VUES !! SEULE UNITÉ AVEC 2 PLEINS BAINS ET CUISINE COMPLÈTE.

Ce condo a une vue imprenable sur l'ocĂ©an fantastique non seulement de l'avant, mais de deux chambres de maĂźtre. C'est une unitĂ© de coin, il y a donc des fenĂȘtres sur les cĂŽtĂ©s permettant une vue magnifique sur le lever du soleil aussi. Vous pouvez voir l'ocĂ©an en vous allongeant dans le lit ou le canapĂ©! Il est dĂ©corĂ© sur le thĂšme de la plage et est lumineux et gai. Il y a un parking couvert juste en dessous du condo et la buanderie et l'ascenseur sont juste au coin de la rue. L'unitĂ© a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ©e avec de nouveaux comptoirs de granit, armoires, appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers, Ă©viers, toilettes, meubles, draps et peinture partout. Il y a deux salles de bain complĂštes et deux chambres de maĂźtre avec lits queen. La troisiĂšme chambre a un lit double et est petite sans porte. Il y a beaucoup de siĂšges dans le salon, y compris un confortable canapĂ©-lit queen (draps dans le placard). La piscine principale est Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du condo et il y a 2 bains Ă  remous - juste en bas d'un escalier. La piscine va de 0 'Ă  8 pieds de profondeur, elle est donc idĂ©ale pour les enfants de tous Ăąges. Ce condo est au milieu de tout! Grande capacitĂ© de marche et sur la ligne Trolley. Le condo est Ă  distance de marche de:
Walmart, Sonic, Texas Pit Stop Bar B Q, Froyo, Jimmy John's, Rita's Custard, McDonald's, Popeye's, Kroger, Landry's, Tortuga, Waffle House, Happy Buddha, Starbucks, Little Caesars etc.

Everything about this place was perfect. It slept 3 couples perfect. Very clean, great parking, beautiful ocean view. Most definitely will be rebooking to stay again. Did need some help with the lock but they returned my call almost immediately.

Beautiful Condo

The property is just as advertised along the Gulf Expwy. There is plenty of covered and open parking and the checkin (Paul) was extremely friendly and helpful. The inside was clean and decorated nicely. It is a tight fit into the 3rd bedroom but the remainder of the place is spacious and beautiful. Definitely would stay again.

Couldn’t ask for a better location

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to be there, but my family was and they had the best time. I have been there before so I knew how good the location was but my family didn’t. They just went on and on about how good it was for all kinds of things attractions restaurants, they were just busy nonstop. This particular condo was above and beyond my expectations.

Stop-over on the way to cruise

We chose this property because it was close to Moody Gardens as well as the cruise port. This particular unit suited our family of 6 best, as it has two bathrooms. The unit was clean and well-kept. The kitchen had most amenities required, even for a longer stay. The unit is very close to the hot-tubs and not far from the pools. The elevator in the building is not working though, so fortunately we only had to carry our big suitcases up one flight of stairs. The property was close to retail (Walmart) and restaurants too (buffet restaurant, waffle house, and McDonalds). Nice view of the ocean.

Adorable and Close to Beach

The condo was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. The complex was a little old, but had two well kept pools and hot tubs. The condo is right across from the beach and only two blocks away from a light to cross Seawall Blvd which allows access down to the beach.

Nice view

The bed in the master bedroom is wore out and the shower in the guest bathroom was extremely hard to use. The property right beside the condo has a ton of extremely bright led security lights that are so bright that my wife woke up in the middle of the night and thought I left the bedroom light on.NO EXAGGERATING. The condo had a very unpleasant smell

Everything was neat and tidy. Had everything we needed, but did have to make a run to the store for paper towels and trash bags. One bedroom very small with no door, but still worked for what we needed. Overall, nice location and condo for a quick family vaca.

Way too much money for what you get. Ive stayed in nicer places for less and everything worked and looked proper. Overall very disappointing.

We often stayed at the Victorian while raising our children and loved the location and cozy feeling of the unit. We have owned a 2nd home for us in Galveston since 2003 and have invested in rental propertIes also. We bought this unit with the thoughts we might possibly live there one day so we have updated it and keep it in top notch shape. Our family comes often and we focus on cleanliness and comfort.

The location of this property is unbeatable. The view of the ocean is ultimate. There are a lot of retail and restaurants in walking distance.

Location:
With your back to the ocean our condo is the first one on the right, just above the parking garage. The stairs and the elevator are very near our unit. Lockbox code 5960

Guidelines:
Please be respectful of our home and treat it as if it were yours.
Register your vehicle/vehicles in the front office at the circle drive. There will be a $35 fee plus tax that covers 2 vehicles. There will be another $35 charged if there is a 3rd car which this fee will cover the 4th car too. Also ask the desk for the wifi code and codes for the pool and fitness center. These codes change frequently.
No pets
No smoking in unit
Please do your best to keep sand out of the condo.
Do not let children jump on beds.
Check in is 4pm. Check out is 11am. You will be charged for checking out late.
If myself or my housekeeper is not there for check in, I will put a key in the lockbox to the right of the door. CODE 5960
Please put all soiled towels and rags in the bathtub upon leaving.
Leave beds unmade with sheets on upon leaving. If sleeper sofa is used, please leave sofa bed unfolded.
Keep all doors and windows closed at all times.
Start dishwasher
Take out all trash when leaving.
LOCK DOOR when leaving and place key back into lockbox.
