Less than an hour from Camelback ski resort/water park, Mount Airy casino resorts, Pocono outlets (over 125 stores) & many more. At Saw Creek Estates, you can enjoy the comfort and security of a gated community. Amenities include 2 indoor pools, 4 outdoor pools, 3 hot tubs, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, 2 lakes, a beach, racquetball courts, a fitness center, ski hill with lift, a baseball field, basketball courts, meeting rooms, the Two Restaurants atop the development, and many events for everyone. Please note: fees for these listed attractions/amenities are not included in the rental rate. We have, free, off Street parking for 5 vehicles at the home.

College reunion

There were 14 people who shared this house for a long weekend. College roommates and families who hadn’t seen each other in 10 years. We had a great time and had plenty of room to spread out. Saw some deer and even a baby bear cub. Check in/out process was wonderful. Overall had the best time staying here!

1. A non-functional jacuzzi. 2. A non-working toilet on the lower floor. 3. A strong and persistent sewer odor on the lower floor that spread throughout the entire house. 4. An unacceptably long wait for a plumber, requiring us to alter our plans and wake early to provide access. 5. Leakage from the second-floor toilet, rendering it unusable for the duration of our stay. 6. A complete absence of toilet paper upon arrival. 7. A clogged kitchen sink. 8. An unsanitary kettle that was unusable. 9. Dirty blankets with visible stains. 10. Missing bed sheets on the majority of sleeping areas, forcing us to sleep directly under a dirty blanket. 11. Issues with the amenity access keys, resulting in delays and unnecessary distress. 12. No gas available for the grill, making it unusable.Instead of spending our holiday celebrating and enjoying the property as intended, we were forced to spend a substantial portion of our stay dealing with maintenance failures, disruptions, and basic habitability issues. Nearly half of our time was spent addressing problems in a house that, in its current condition, is clearly not being properly maintained....
