Great beach vacation.

We really enjoyed our family vacation. There was plenty of space for our family of 9, ranging in age from 9 to 80 years old. Great beach, we enjoyed time at the pool too and there were plenty of beach chairs for all of us.

Some friends and I stayed here for a wedding.

We loved how big the house was, how clean it was, and especially the private access to the beach. That’s with all kinds of fun stuff to do beach chairs and was a great spot for the weekend.

We have been renting beach properties for family vacations for many years now and this was by far the best. The property was clean, well equipped, and beautifully decorated. It had a nice pool area and was very close to the beach. The neighborhood was a small, quaint, quiet, gated area.We are already discussing renting it again next summer. We want to thank the owners for letting us stay in their beautiful home.

This was by far the best beach house our family has found for gatherings that accommodate 8 adults. Labeling of cabinets in the kitchen very helpful for temporary guests. Ice maker was an added bonus. Outdoor covered “man cave” for watching football and grilling with very comfortable couch seating was another added bonus. Easy access to the beach without leaving property. This is truly a gem for beach vacations.

Perfect Stay

The house was spotless and fit our large family easily. The walk to the beach is very short and easily accessible. The pool was incredibly clean. We will definitely rent again in the future!

Over the years, we have stayed in A LOT of places down in that area. This was BY FAR our BEST experience!! This house was a dream! We slept 10 adults and 3 babies (8 mo to 2 yrs old) very comfortably! There was so much seating and so many options of places to gather!! And every gathering area was so comfortable! The kitchen is so well equipped and every drawer and cabinet is labeled…no need to open everything to find the one item you’re looking for. The shed area had SO MANY fun things for your day at the beach…including the wagon and cart to get it all to your favorite spot on the beach. Clean, well kept pool, beautiful pavilion with ample seating, tennis court, great parking right in front of the house (we had 3 vehicles with lots of room to spare), easy beach access, private beach, beautiful grounds. We were honestly impressed at every turn. Our communication (with Abby) was phenomenal. We didn’t have any issues, but if we had, she was always right there answering every text almost immediately. We’ve never been so attended to. Now that we’ve found this place and these hosts, we won’t stay anywhere else! I can’t say enough!! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Reunion of old friends

We had a fantastic stay. 5 friends from high school and college got together for a 3 day weekend. It had been over 40 years since we hung out like this. The place was perfect. The beach was a big bonus.

Perfect stay

We came down for my Father-in-Law’s 60th Bday and had 6 adults and 3 kids and we had plenty of room. Great place, if we needed anything the property manager was prompt in responding. We will save this listing for next year.
