Beach Studio 133 with a Beach Backyard is a private studio apartment (220 sq ft) with a queen bed and an additional queen sofa bed with private bathroom and kitchenette located in the best Neighborhood in South Beach (South of 5th)
Free parking for the whole duration of your stay.

Set directly on the beach.
No ocean view
Beach and pool access is through the corridor inside building.
Laundry facility available in common corridor.

Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella at the beach kiosk located on the beach facing the building using a photo of the private beach pass poster ( poster located in unit ) provided with your stay.
Lobby door ( glass doors ) and side exit doors from stairwell back beach gate all unlock with a code.

The back beach-gate to and from beach unlocks with a keypad passcode.

Quiet and lush with greenery situated on the 9 mile Beach Walk but CLOSE to the best restaurants and Miami night life, also close to South Pointe Pier and South Pointe Park and Miami Beach Marina, condo building is situated beachfront on South Pointe Beach which is one of the most beautiful stretch of Miami Beach and South Beach.
