The condo was very nice and spacious. My only disappointment is when I turned the keys in for the two condos I rented the lady named Iroinee was rude. She said I needed to go scan the keys to know which key went to what unit. I felt that wasn't my job to do that. She seemed very agitated.

The location of the house is excellent and the community itself is amazing! It has its own lazy river and multiple pools including an indoor pool. It also has a kids play area and it helped keep the kids engaged.Regarding the property, it looked clean and the view from the balcony was great! We enjoyed our morning coffee/tea everyday.Few things that we felt was missing was not having enough basic necessities. For example, we were staying for 3 nights but were given only 2 dishwasher pods. There was no sugar or oil in the kitchen (basic condiments). There was no extra toilet paper, handwash or washing machine detergent. Being a beach area, we chose this place because it had a in-house washer dryer. We would have appreciated if they had put more thought. I would recommend this place but would suggest to carry basic supplies.

A really nice, good-sized condo right on the Gulf. The grounds are beautiful and we got a lot of use out of the various amenities, such as the two pools (indoor and outdoor), the gym (very nicely outfitted) and the game room. Unit 503 has three good-sized bedrooms, a surprisingly large kitchen for a condo, and a comfortable living room. The king-size bed was so comfortable we slept well right away. The Wi-Fi worked great which was important, as I was working remotely some of the time. There was little to no noise from the neighbors, which was nice. The location is great too - direct access to the seawall, the beach, and away from a lot of the crowds and traffic closer to town. But still only a few minutes away from restaurants and shopping. Also, there is a strip mall across the street with an excellent little restaurant, the Seahorse Grill. Great food and excellent service. I highly recommend this unit and this property. Hoping to visit again next year!
