Everything about this rental is 12/10. From the very first communication, booking, follow up, assistance and response rate you just could not ask for more. The property manager Corby even helped us book a rental and coordinated our arrival time. The rental and property are simply exceptional. The pools and services are clean, well kept and convenient. The complex provides good security with a manned gate. The unit itself is stylish, updated, comfortable and has every amenity you could want - looks exactly like the pictures. So clean and well organized including kitchen supplies. The condo is QUIET - the only time you hear any noise outside the complex including construction is when you park the car. The deck is an awesome place to get out of the sun and having the roll down sun shade is so nice. We have stayed at Pacifico previously and like this location better than immediately poolside. There can be lots of activity and noise from happy vacationers that this location minimizes. You have a pool view without the direct noise. Having the grocery store right on site is great as well. We walked to the beach and restaurants - probably a 10 min walk? It’s as sleepy or as active as you choose. We would absolutely rent this unit again. Corby was so accommodating and helpful - she is an awesome property manager. Thanks so much!
