This stylish and spacious home with water view is just 100 yards from the beach. The home sleeps upto 17 guests and is perfect for large families, bachelorette parties, and golf outings. Principal Bedroom with King, Bedroom 2-King, Bedroom 3 - Queen, Bedroom 4 - Queen and a large bunk room with 3 - twin over Queen Bunk Beds. In addition to the spacious living room and dining that seats 12 there is a huge family room.

Booked the house for a bachelorette and had a great time. It’s a short walk to the beach and a quick drive into town to the larger beaches. The house was spotless and as pictured! The host was also very responsive to any questions/concerns we had. The house also had beach towels and chairs which was a plus. Would recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this property! It was clean, spacious, and perfect for our joint bachelor/bachelorette weekend with a group of 14. A quaint and quiet neighborhood for a lowkey group. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and honestly, we could’ve comfortably fit even more. The house had everything we needed and made our celebration feel extra special. Only complaint is we weren't here for long enough to use all the amenities. We’re already planning to come back with our families when the pool addition is ready, which was also a great surprise to look forward to, highly recommend! Host communication was great as well, always responded within 15 mins!

We had a great time at this spacious home, which was overall comfortable for our large group. The location is excellent—very close to the beach and other amenities, all easily accessible by car.A few things to note: the bedroom with bunk beds on the first floor does not have air conditioning or a fan. This detail wasn’t mentioned in the listing, and on a hot, humid day it could be uncomfortable. That said, the host was very responsive and promptly brought over two brand-new fans when we reached out—though assembling them on vacation wasn’t ideal!At the time of our stay, the property was undergoing renovations, including the installation of a new swimming pool. This was also not disclosed in the listing. While the pool will likely be a great addition in the future, it’s something to be aware of—especially if you’re traveling with young children.We also noticed a door to one of the second-floor bedrooms wasn’t closing properly and could use repair.Despite these few hiccups, our group enjoyed a comfortable stay, and with the upcoming improvements, this home will be even better for future guests.
