Just a five minute drive from Shaver Lake and 30 minutes from China peak for winter skiing. Guests are invited to use the ample deck furniture and brand new BBQ for summer nights. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Check out time: 10 AM. The cleaners come thereafter so please depart on time. Please leave all dishes clean, and/or run the dishwasher before leaving. Please leave no dishes in the sink.
Please turn off the fireplace and lights. Gather all trash, including restroom trash. Trash goes to the dumpsters at the bottom of the neighborhood. Return the trash key ($100 fine for lost key!)
Please strip all dirty sheets from the beds and gather towels; leave them by the washing machine. Do not strip duvet covers.
