Classic New England seaside American craftsmen cottage on Prudence Island. 2 bedrooms, loft, 1 full bathroom. Outdoor shower. All amenities, screened in and open air porches. Pets are welcome; large backyard. Enjoy spectacular unobstructed panoramic views of Narragansett Bay, Providence to Portsmouth including Mt. Hope Bridge.

Property includes private dock, mooring and beach. Great fishing from dock.

The cottage is well stocked with cookware, spices, paper goods and condiments. All you need to bring is your food and other provisions.

Perfect Prudence Island cottage. Enjoyed bicycling the island, beach combing for sea glass, and playing disc golf. Being able to bring a pet was also a bonus. Definitely plan on staying here in the future.

Awesome place! One of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed. I was a little nervous about the ferry over but the process is super simple (there and back) and was only about 20 minutes. 100% would recommend to go check out!

Amazing As Always!

Prudence island is a one of a kind place. The dock and mooring are perfect for our boat. We spent our days riding bikes, boating to Bristol, going to the lighthouse beach, and picking blueberries on the farm. The cottage is always a perfect home base during our stay!

This is an adorable beach cottage, very clean, with a private beach on the other side of the street, directly infront of the house. Vincente was very prompt to reply to any questions, and the outside shower was fantastic! Bring your bikes!! Really a great host, thank you for sharing your home with us!

A wonderful seclusion

Perfect Getaway For Our Needs

Perfect spot for our family in all aspects including use of the mooring for our boat so that we could participate in water sports etc... and traveling back & forth to home port as needed across the Bay. Simply Amazing views!

Absolutely perfect!!

A true gem with amazing views of the island! The decor is a perfect accent to the whole cottage experience. With windows that span the front of the cottage, the morning sunrise is spectacular. From the dock, the sunset will never disappoint. Can’t wait to stay again!

Beautiful Quaint cottage

This was a beautiful place to stay! Vincent is an amazing host and makes everything super easy. When you are here, you will feel like you are one with nature. It's super peaceful. The amenities are unmatched, from the grill to the firepit, the private dock, to the towels, bedding that is included, washer, dryer, it is a home filled with conveniences. I highly recommend it!

Island getaway loaded with charm. . .

Instantly relaxed and at ease - PI was exactly the summer getaway we were looking for. Feels a lot like stepping back in time - friendly people, small roads, bikes, a general store, a lighthouse and ferry, no noise pollution, no light pollution and loads of nature to explore. Sandy Beach is a hidden gem where we started every morning. I brought 3 books to read and hardly opened 1 because I was so hypnotized by watching the horizon. Panoramic water views, nightly fireworks for the 4th, and stunning sunsets - all experienced from the 1920s cottage that is loaded with charm and character. If you’re an experienced boater, this is one of the few properties offering its own dock and mooring which we used every day. Every bit of stress will melt away within hours of being transported to this rare place.
