Excellent location and with direct waterfront views. NIcely appointed with pretty much everyting you could need for a weekend getaway. Could use more lighting out front to navigate from driveway to home. Extremely comforatble bed! WOuld enjoy coming back again!

This property is a small beautifully laid out cottage for 2 people. It has beds for 4/5, but living room comfortably fits 3, unless someone wants to sit in dining area. That being said, we truly love the romance of this little cottage, and have stayed here more than once. I recommend this cottage for couples.

This is an amazing cottage! Ryan added some nice touches; fresh flowers, extra towels, a personal note. The waterfront view is amazing! Comfortable bed. A short drive to Newport, RI.

What a beautiful cottage - updated, clean, with everything you need ON the water, just gorgeous. Day trips to Newport, Providence, towns along the coast, hiking, biking - everything is so close by. The hosts were generous answering messages right away. Easy check in, beautiful neighborhood - would love to come back!!

My goodness I have nothing bad to say about this house! Absolutely stunning views, the interior design of the house is immaculate. Couches and beds were so comfortable and it’s in a perfect location! Nice and quiet neighborhood, 35 minutes to Newport. Absolutely beautiful stay, we are coming home relaxed and refreshed and we will definitely be back! Thank you Greg and Ryan for letting us crash in your beautiful home!!!

My husband and I stayed here while visiting our daughter at Roger Williams University’s Family Weekend. It was clean, comfortable and in a quiet peaceful location. It was the perfect distance for us to pop back and forth to RWU, but also provided us with a peaceful retreat by the water!
