This large Corner lot Beach Home boasts a single car garage,parking in driveway 2 cars, and private entrance ,In the unit there is a well appointed kitchen with all that you need! We have it all for you and your family! *****NEW UPDATES COMPLETED - MORE BEACHY/COASTAL!! Brand New Calacatta Quartz C ountertops were just installed as well as a wine and coffee bar, including a 30 inch wine fridge as well as a Keurig coffee maker, white wainscotting installed to make it lighter and brighter, etc PROFESSIONAL PICS COMING SOON*****

ALSO, we offer 7 day rentals in Season from Saturday to Saturday. Around the start of Season (Memorial Day Weekend) and the end of season (Labor Day Weekend) we offer 3-4 day bookings. All of the OFF Season we have 2 day minimum stays- 4 day minimums around The Holidays)

Down Stairs unit also 6 bedroom 4 bath maybe available for large families.

We are glad that William, his adult children and grandkids all had a good time at the house. We try to make it comfortable and well appointed for all ages to enjoy! We would love to have them back again in the future.

We came to Ocean City for a family wedding and without a doubt, we had the best space of any of the other wedding guests in the family. The owner was helpful, the social area and kitchen were large and spacious, there was a coffee shop only 1 block away and it was open by 7am. What else could we ask for ... the bedrooms were exactly what we needed including one room with bunk beds for the grandchildren. This listing, had everything including a ping-pong table in the garage! Everyone enjoyed the stay.

Clean, comfortable, cozy! Great open living space. Ping pong and bikes were a fun bonus. It was great not having to pack extras like sheets, towels, and kitchen/bathroom supplies. Easy communication with owner. Thanks Jeff!

Beach Getaway

Wonderful house! Clean, roomy and well appointed condo. Best of all one block from beach with off street parking, beach chairs, beach towels and beach badges. Will be returning!

I have my own Real Estate Firm here in South Florida (Paradise) but there is nothing like being "Down The Shore" so after a 40 year absence I am spending my summers again in OCNJ ! Summers are made for big families to get together (My Itailian side were The owners of A-Treat Soda and The Irish side owned PJ Whelihans) That is why we bought a big house to host large families together to make their memories under one roof!

We love The North End because it is quiet but we can get to the beach/boards or downtown within 5 minutes walk.

We have something for everyone in the family. Great wine and coffee bar for the Grandparents, plenty of sports equipment like pickle ball, tennis, spike ball ,ping pong table,and frisbee for young adults, and all the shovels, buckets, beach toys,etc for the littles!
