The apartment is in a quiet location, but unfortunately it wasn't clean. The dishes were dirty, there was dust everywhere, and overall it gave a neglected impression. Furthermore, the apartment was minimally equipped; even things like a toaster and toilet brush were missing and had to be provided later. The landlord lives one floor above, and it was sometimes very noisy due to his children. The outdoor area was run-down, and the stairs to the apartment were very uneven.
