Great stay!

We stayed for two nights and had a great stay. The owners were easy to communicate with and the house is clean and comfortable. The location is also perfect for visiting local wineries and the New Paltz area. We would definitely stay here again!

The hosts were very responsive ahead of time, providing necessary details for our stay. During our stay, the hosts checked in with us to see if we needed anything. Our accommodations were adorable, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area.

The home had really thoughtful touches - the tea selection and board game assortment in particular stood out to me-and it was a nicely decorated space. The home has a convenient location to New Paltz and Poughkeepsie and the hosts had great communication. I would recommend staying at this home if you’re going to be in the area.

I had an eight day stay in this well appointed apartment. It was quite comfortable for one person and I assume it would be fine for a couple. The host was very helpful and accommodating. My only issue was that it was a bit hot during a three day heat wave. But I would certainly consider staying there again in the future.

The place was really great for me. It was very very clean, and cute. I felt safe being there on my own. The hosts were really nice and easy to communicate with - a nice young couple with an adorable (and quiet!) baby.The stairs to the second-floor apartment were a bit steep so if you have mobility problems or if you are really tall (lower ceilings) this might not work for you. But it was in a beautiful spot, quiet and very comfortable. The price was great and it is pretty close (6 miles or so) to the Mid-Hudson bridge.So all in all a perfect spot for me.

Our host was very responsive and helpful. They were very accommodating when we notified them of our late arrival time. The apartment was super clean, cozy, quiet and well-appointed. A good nights sleep in a comfy bed deserves high ratings! It was perfect for 2 of us on a short weekend visit. Its location is rural so shops, stores, etc are a short drive away. It is also within 20 minutes drive to nearby colleges.

We wanted to love this property. It’s very convenient to the bike path and they offered a way to charge our ebikes. Unfortunately it was very noisy, we could hear the home owners talking and the TV or music. When stink bugs were coming in to the apartment they did not offer any solutions even though we were careful to keep the door closed and had killed about 20 of them. This property definitely has potential though and there were many nice touches.

The property is well-appointed and cozy, and communication with Nick was easy and straightforward. He was very accommodating and responsive when there was a problem. The house is an easy drive from Poughkeepsie and New Paltz and secluded enough to feel private and be quite quiet.

I loved staying here. It felt like having an apartment away from home. I came up to town to take a frame building class, so I was there for almost two weeks. The price was right, and the location was incredible. I had everything I needed to be comfortable. Full kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom, and separate entrance. The hosts were very kind and hospitable. I definitely plan to stay here in the future when I come up for future classes.
