Great Stay and View in Horseshoe Beach

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Its in a beautiful location with beautiful views - the pictures dont do it justice! It has everything you need! We really appreciated the large ice maker when going out to gather scallops! We will be back!

Our stay at Keith’s place was amazing. We had originally booked another location but they canceled on us a week before our trip and we were left scrambling trying to find another place that could accommodate our group. Keith was so kind and accommodating to us and was quick to respond with any questions we had. The house was well stocked and spacious enough for our group of 11, 6 adults and 5 kids. The views of the bay were incredible and the kids spent a lot of time fishing off the deck and playing pickle ball under the house. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped with everything we needed, we cooked all of our meals at the house, and it was nice having a king sized bed in every room. We brought 2 boats and 2 golf carts with us and still had plenty of room.

Our family had the most amazing stay at this cozy spot! The house was perfect with the most beautiful golden sunsets and breathtaking views! A true slice of old Florida! Highly recommend!

The photos don’t do this home justice. It’s incredibly spacious and we could have doubled our group and still had room to spare. Everything was clean, comfortable, and fully stocked. We cooked most nights and didn’t need to bring extra seasonings or utensils. The bonus was the large freestanding ice maker, which kept multiple coolers filled all week. We’d happily stay in Keith’s home again.We also learned a helpful tip for anyone bringing watercraft into a tidal canal. Even with tide charts, it’s important to pay attention to the actual water levels in the canal itself. If you don’t head in early enough, you may encounter low or even no water. In our case, the bottom was soft and didn’t harm anything, but understanding the timing of the tides made navigating in and out much smoother. I’m sure many already know this, but as first timers, I wanted to share for the others!
