We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient location when boating/fishing. Property owners are accomodating and helpful. The newly ordered and soon to be installed flooring will make for nice upgrade.
This house is perfect for people on a fishing trip. Big dock, everything you need to grill/fry foods, comfortable beds. Located very close to restaurant & marinas. Definitely booking again.
We really enjoyed our stay. The home is in great condition and the location is even better. We loved being seconds from the mouth of the canals and were able to fuel up at the marina even quicker. The boat dock is in perfect condition and cleaning table and water hose were very valuable.
This was my 4th time to stay here and all was good, as always. Doug and Theresa are excellent hosts. They keep the place clean and well stocked and they are very nice people!!!
Great location n neighborhood to the Suwannee River. Very quite, peaceful n relaxing area!! Need to buy food, snacks, drinks prior to going to the house. No big box stores close by.
The village has a small store there.
master bed room -the light bulb not working n the ceiling fan unbalance n made noise when on.
Enjoyed our stay there!! N would go back!!

Martha,
Thank you for letting me know about the master bedroom fan, I will see that it gets taken care.
As you can see the house is set up for boating and fishing, without a boat it's hard to take in the full beauty of the area.
There are miles and miles of undeveloped protected lands the Suwannee River runs through; you can boat ride for hours or hit the Gulf of Mexico for saltwater fishing and scalloping.
Thank you for staying with us, hope my directions from Jacksonville International Airport helped you find your way to Suwannee.
This house was perfect for a long-weekend getaway with my husband! Loved the screened-in wrap-around porch upstairs and used both the grill and blackstone a bunch during our stay! It's definitely a fishing paradise! Being able to dock our boat right at the house was so convenient and really made the trip for us! The only reason I rated the accuracy lower was because there were two beds in the master bedroom instead of 1 king bed, but we made it work and it didn't affect our time! great internet and streaming on the TV too! (which we didn't use too much because there was too much to do and see outside, but it feels worth mentioning because not every house we've stayed at in Suwannee has good tv and internet!
Great property! It was clean and very well stocked in all areas. Wonderful location, quite and right on the canal with dock available. Easy communication with owners. Will stay again!
This place has everything that you may need and a wonderful outdoor kitchen, which provides a perfect place for the family to prepare and eat their daily catch. The brand new, and very nice, floating dock accommodated both of our boats.
The owners are wonderful people and excellent communicators.
We will be back!!!!!
This place was clean, comfortable and fully stocked. When the owners says it has everything that you need they mean it. It’s a wonderful place, owned by people who obviously went out of their way to make our trip perfect!! We will be back!!!
