Ample second deck for entertaining and lounging with the grill, and a high-top table and private third floor decks with unbeatable views and lounge chairs for sunbathing. On the first floor you will find beautifully maintained grass yard and beach dunes with direct access to the beach trail. Four bedrooms including a primary ensuite and secondary ensuite. Enjoy the convenience of amenities of home with direct access to the beach. The perfectly located gem is within walking distance to restaurants, ice cream, delis, pizza, pharmacy, baseball and soccer fields in addition to a fantastic children’s playground, Shark Park. Create priceless memories in this beautiful tranquil escape!
