Green Shutters Beach House is a custom built home in the beautiful neighborhood of Seacrest Beach near Rosemary Beach, Florida. The house was featured in the on-line magazine AL.com for it's "Welcoming accommodations and Proximity to Rosemary Beach and the Village shops and restaurants." The walking/bike trail connecting the Seacrest Beach neighborhood to Rosemary, Scenic 30A, and neighborhood amenities is right out your front door. The home's decor was refreshed and updated in recently and is ready for your vacation.
This home features a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen also has a wet bar area with a Ice Machine. An open concept living and dining area is adjacent to the kitchen. The dining table has seating for 6 with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen island. The living room has a flat screen TV with expanded cable, making this home perfect for entertaining and relaxing.
Home is in a great location right on the walking/bike path and directly at the Seacrest Beach Tram stop. The seasonal tram will pick you and your beach gear up from the tram stop and take you for a quick trip to the beach or pool. The beautiful 12,000 sq ft Lagoon Pool is but a quick walk or tram ride from Green Shutters Beach House.

Overall the house was amazing. Great location with so many amenities. We did have an issue with the washer and dryer, but management took care of it super fast. Would def stay here again. House was great.

Loved the area, this was our first visit to rosemary beach, the house was conveniently located across street from the beach. There is a shuttle to the beach that picked us up directly in front of the home. The house was perfect for our needs. We did have an initial issue with the air conditioning and was promptly addressed and corrected. We were extremely please with the rental highly recommend this particular home.

Great location and nice house

The property is very close to beach and shopping around Rosemary beach, which makes it great for bike riding. The tram service was great along with the private beach. Only negatives are the pool isn’t heating, it was very cold, and the AC needs maintenance as it never can keep the house cool, was 80 inside during the day. I would definitely stay at this property again though, we enjoyed it alot.

Great stay

This is probably the best VRBO we have ever stayed at! The house was so clean and beautiful and it had everything we needed. The community where the house is located is picturesque and in an amazing location. The tram system worked out great. It was so easy to call and we only had to wait a few minutes at most each time for a ride to the pool or the beach. Some people have mentioned that the pool is not heated, which is true, so it is a little chilly, especially since we were there in early April. But overall, it wasn’t terrible. We really loved staying here and would recommend it to everyone!

We had a great time at Green Shutters. It was convenient and a very nice, clean house. I would suggest replacing the twin mattresses. We would definitely stay here again. The kids were able to ride bikes everywhere. The house is located near shops and short tram ride to pool and beach.

This is our 4th stay in the Rosemary/Seacrest Beach area. This is our 1st time staying on the North side of 30a. We have always stayed in one of the behemoth 5-6 bedroom houses across the street on Geoff Wilder since we had 3-4 families in one house. Well this year it was just the 3 of us and we couldn't be happier with Green Shutters. It was perfect! The house is very well furnished and the beds are comfortable. The shuttle made getting to the beach easy and the pools are awesome. It's location in the housing community also makes for a quiet stay.

Seacrest Beach Best

We have visited the 30A area countless times over the last 10 years, and Green Shutters is one of our favorite offerings. There's an intangible feeling to this home that is very comforting and comfortable. It is thoughtfully designed and decorated, and has received many updates. Whatever very minor issues we encountered, Gary was super responsive and helpful. Finally, the location in Seacrest directly adjoins Rosemary, where we spend most of our time. If Seacrest Beach is where you want to be, we give this rental two thumbs up!

Perfect house for a wedding weekend!

This was the perfect location and space for three couples visiting for our friend's wedding weekend. Everything was clean and spacious. The location is amazing! We walked and biked to everything we needed. Hints... bring extra supplies such as paper towels, garbage bags, etc. Otherwise the house had everything we needed. Also, the twins beds (which were a great add on for a few kids) are located immediately inside the front door with no doors leading into the kitchen. We didn't realize that from the pictures, but it all worked out for us. I would highly recommend.

Green Shutters is an OUTSTANDING home!

We were so pleased with the beauty of Green Shutters. Sheila made our process from booking the home to checking in so easy! This was our first stay on 30 A. We were a little disappointed at how hard it was to find a spot on the very crowded beach on our first day. We had a tram stop right across from our driveway, so that made getting to the beach easy. The pool is top notch, but it is very strict! People would stop by our chairs to check our armbands constantly, even asking my husband to show his when wearing long sleeves. We were told our chairs were too close to the pool and needed to move. It seemed to be a LOT. The community is absolutely lovely and we felt safe all of the time, however, one of our rented bikes was stolen on our last day. Thankfully, Noah with Good Pedals was able to track it down!

Considering we had the Red Tide and Hurricane Michael we still had a great time!

Great floor plan and spacious. Since you are using the first floor front room as a bedroom it needs some heavier panels over the bamboo blinds for privacy. I’d build a wardrobe in that bedroom and convert the closet in Hall to a shower. When you walk along the sidewalk on the left side of house there is a metal flange at the corner of the house that is dangerous to the height of little ones. We stuck a plastic water bottle on it to avoid injury. We enjoyed the porch table for dining but porch could use maybe a swing on front and a few more comfortable chairs. Security dept. was prompt with wristbands and shuttle service personnel were outstanding! Except for the Red Tide and Hurricane Michael our visit was great! Thank you for being “pet friendly”, our little dog Brut loved being with the family. Looking forward to our next annual trip to Seacrest next year.

Location great for Rosemary shops particularly if one walks up the back alley at the edge of the property. Tram stop at house. House is great; floor plan really nice. Master set up super; could actually put a packnplay in closet for an infant. Fan in master off balance several nights; light sleepers beware. There is no colander I could find. Ice machine not working; huge disappointment as we counted on it. Made trekking for ice difficult particularly with Labor Day crowds. Beach access laborious if you take your beach stuff. Easy-ups not allowed. VERY crowded; looked like somethings one sees on NY or NJ beaches.

Property was beautiful! We enjoyed our stay immensely! We wish the wrist band process was more efficient. Wrist bands waiting for you on the kitchen counter would be awesome! Waiting for security to bring them was not the best. I can imagine folks with little kids dying to get to the pool ,and having to wait for several hours to receive the property bands would be awful! LOL! Green Shutters was the perfect home away from home for us!!
