Una de nuestras joyas únicas, Julia's Cottage no es solo una casa de vacaciones; es una experiencia arquitectónica. El ambiente tranquilo del pórtico delantero con arcos apuntados puede recordarle una mansión mediterránea, aquí, bajo la suave brisa del Golfo. El refugio del balcón de madera sombreado en el piso superior agrega un ambiente más privado a esta atmósfera.

En el interior, los tonos tierra de buen gusto se calientan con dorados y rojos. Los techos altos y los suelos de madera oscura completan el estilo elegante. Una disposición de cómodos sofás y sillones, una gran mesa de comedor y una moderna cocina con electrodomésticos Viking de acero inoxidable se unen en la gran sala de estar abierta, revestida por grandes ventanales a ambos lados. Este es un espacio perfecto para una variedad de reuniones, tanto animadas como informales.

La elegante suite principal tiene una cama king y baño privado. De las dos habitaciones, las uptairs tienen una cama King, mientras que la otra está amueblada con 2 camas individuales. Cada habitación tiene su propio centro de entretenimiento, completo con televisión y televisión por cable. En la parte trasera de la casa, un pequeño pórtico y un arco apuntado conducen a un patio de piedra a la sombra de un enrejado de madera.

The pictures are good, but they do not do this place justice. The home is beautiful. It had everything we needed. Every detail has been thought out. The location is perfect: one block from shopping and restaurants but tucked away so that it feels secluded. The home is a five minute bike ride to the beach, along a pedestrian boardwalk. We cannot wait to return.

Our best Rosemary rental yet!

This home is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and perfectly located a few houses down from town, and an easy walk to the beach. The property manager, Carly, was friendly, responsive, and went out of her way to be helpful when we had an issue with the bikes, and when I left a suitcase behind. Couldn't ask for better service. This was our favorite home we've rented in Rosemary, and our best rental experience!

Darling house, perfect location!

Darling house in the perfection location for our girl’s trip! Walking distance to all the things, coffee, restaurants, shopping & beach! The layout of the house, decor and patios were so fun- we spent more time hanging at the house than expected soaking it in! Rental company was very responsive and we were very happy to see how clean it was upon arrival!

Great location right behind the shops and restaurants. Close to pool and fitness. Even though it is on the other side of 30A, the walk to the beach was easy. Home is beautifully decorated with large bathrooms and showers. Seating and beds were very comfortable. The bunk room with 4 large beds was ideal for kids and teenagers. Could not have asked for anything better than Julia’s Place.

unsafe due to neglectful hosts.

Reviewer Comments: everything was great until we realized this home specifically was incredibly neglected in terms of safety. one of the doors had a broken knob in one of the main entrance doors - instead of changing this knob, they put a hole with a screw in the door and when we saw this door, the screw was broken along with it im assuming from a previous guest that said nothing about it. I would never pay thousands of dollars to be in an unlocked home our entire stay. how unprofessional and disappointing.

We had more than enough beds and baths, and a large, open area for hanging out, playing cards, and eating. It is a short walk to the Racquet Club, shops, restaurants, and the beach. Recommend Gallion for a nice dinner, Crabby Steve’s for a great lunch on the beach. We hope to book again next year!

Beautiful Home in Great Location

I booked this house for a girls trip and it could not have been more perfect. The main floor was beautiful and had plenty of seating for our group of 8 to hang out. The bedrooms were all spacious and had comfortable beds and linens. It was only a block to town and such a convenient location. I’ll definitely come back and bring my family next time. Loved the front porch too.

Great location

We loved our stay. Location is great. Adjacent to Kilwins and the shops. Beach is an easy 5-7 minute walk or bike ride. Beds were comfy and the living space and kitchen plenty big. Bunk room has four queen/full size beds so can sleep up to 8 kids in there. Remaining upstairs rooms all king beds with lots of storage and own bathrooms. Only thing I can think of to Improve would be an update to the pots and pans as they are pretty well used and scratched up. New set of measuring spoons as well. Would stay there again. Thanks for the support!

Family vacation

Property lovely. First appearance all appeared great. Then soon realized we had dirty dishes, food and lipstick and wine. Had to wash a lot of dishes to use. Floors had old granola and food crumbs. Bedrooms and baths upstairs absolutely beautiful. But living furniture a little soiled but that was even okay as I understand all renters aren’t careful. However killed 4 huge roaches/palmetto bug! The last night there one crawled into my 15 month old pack n play where she was sleeping! Thank goodness we saw it. Unacceptable! Need better pest control! Seal house better. We never left food out or doors open for any length of time. It is a beautiful property and nice location but having to pay the kind of cleaning fee we paid and still washing dishes, cleaning floors and killing huge bugs started to put a damper on the stay! Also cleaners and all their equipment showed up a little after 9:00. Sat on the front porch waiting for us to leave. Check out was 10. I felt very rushed trying to pack up the car and get check out done. I was taking one last potty stop at 9:45 and one of them walked in back door ready to start! We 100% respected our check in time and never bothered anyone as we were reminded of that MANY times. I would have appreciated my last hour to gather and think.

This house was wonderful. Exactly as described...perfectly located, beautifully decorated. Property management was excellent. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Rosemary Beach with a large group. It could not have been better!

Clean and Stunning

Our young kids did so well in the built in bunk beds and the other beds were very comfortable. The house was as described. We especially loved how close to the square this property was, so easy to walk to dinner. The only thing that wasn’t great were the bikes. We rented bike trailers thinking we would bike down to the beach and the rental company hooked it up to a bike with a broken seat. They were able to fix it though it took a day. My only suggestion is nicer bikes be provided, but everything with the actual house was fantastic so would still highly consider renting here again for our next trip.
