Great Stay!

The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was peaceful! The only hiccup was the upstairs bathroom was being remodeled, and that was not disclosed before we arrived. Not having the upstairs bathroom made things a little more difficult with our group size, but we made it work. The manager did apologize and offered us a small discount.

Shaver Trip

Place is beautiful. Located near the lake. Before the trip, there was a lack of communication with Property manager regarding the second payment. I had to reach out to tech support to get a response. Aside from that, our stay was good.

The host was very helpful and friendly. The games were outstanding as was the kitchen and supplies. It was close enough to China Peak and due to no snow in Shaver Lake we made good use to the trail that started and ended in the backyard. The downsides were the fan in the downstairs back bedroom wasn't usable because it was stuck on high and we also had constant problems with getting the gas stove lit. The host sent over the maintenance man the first night and after numerous attempts got it to light. She offered to send him back again on another night but at that time of night we didn't think it was worth the effort. I hope they can fix that as gas is kind of unpredictable and we didn't want to take any chances.
