About this property

Walk to Germantown | 4BR Nashville Home | Deck, Grill & Sleeps 10

Salemtown sits directly next to Germantown, shares the same zip code, and gives you walkable access to the same restaurants, markets, and parks - without the downtown condo tradeoff. This four-bedroom house has a deck with a grill, a partially fenced backyard, and enough room for a group of ten to spread out comfortably across three floors.

The Outdoor Space
A private deck with outdoor furniture and a grill opens off the main living area. The partially fenced backyard has room for kids to play or for the group to spread out in the evening. It is the kind of outdoor setup that most Nashville properties this close to downtown simply do not have.

Sleep Layout - Sleeps 10
Master suite: King bed, en-suite bathroom, Smart TV
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Bedroom 4: Full bed
Living room: Full-size pull-out sofa

Two full bathrooms serve the property: the en-suite in the master and one shared full bath for the remaining bedrooms.

Inside the House
Open-plan living and kitchen on the main floor with comfortable seating and a Smart TV. Fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances and complete cookware. In-unit washer and dryer, ideal for longer stays or groups packing light. High-speed Wi-Fi throughout.

The house includes a Nashville-themed photo wall, purpose-built for groups who want a moment worth keeping. It works particularly well for bachelorette weekends and birthday trips.

Great place!

The house was nice and clean. Communication was great with the homeowner. We loved how they had the necessary supplies there, such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap and dish soap. Would recommend!

The house was exceptional, very clean and had all of the amenities. It was listed in Germantown and our expectation was it would have been walking distance to the restaurants, bars and shopping in Germantown, the location required us to uber/lyft to those locations. We did not have any problems with the neighbors, however the neighborhood was somewhat run down.

This house has everything you could basically think of having. The television in the living room is like a 19” where as the main bedroom had a very large TV. Also the main bedroom needs curtains. The windows are up high but we didn’t get one morning to sleep in a little l longer. There is a loft upstairs which we didn’t know about; two young guys came in later the first night and we thought they were up to no good but turns out they were renter’s like us
