Place was nice and quiet. Loved the back screened in patio. We had family stay a few houses down, so it was nice being in a community with little traffic. Exactly as expected and would stay again!

Great location, close the beach, quiet and clean. Kitchen is well equipped.Very comfortable bedding / mattress.Bathrooms need upgrade . Overall , we had good time.Communication was great during our stay.

The showers floors were filthy as were the drains, the vents were full of debris, there were ants all over the kitchen, the gate code was wrong when we went to enter the property to get to the home, waited almost an hour to get in, communication was sparce, will not book with this group again.We love Emerald Pointe Resort, we stay here every time, this resort is amazing as are the people who live there -
