This condo sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico with easy parking, a heated pool and hot tub year-round, and easy beach access. This one-bedroom, plus a bunk room and two bathrooms can accommodate up to 6 guests. Included in your rental of our condo, we provide two beach chairs with umbrella from March through Oct 15. There are also extra chairs on the balcony that you can take back and forth to the beach if you need them.

This property was beautiful! Everything was clean, and the host was very accommodating. The listing needs new pictures as furniture in the condo must have been updated since those were taken. It wasn't a big deal to us as it was just my wife and me, but if we had taken our 2 kids we would've been pretty disappointed to find the bunks shown are not actually there. Views from the balcony were gorgeous, and the beach was so peaceful! We had a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Palazzo. The condo had everything we needed and the location is great. The views were fantastic and the beach access is unmatched. This was our first time staying at The Palazzo for a month. Our experience was excellent. Everything was kept up nicely. It was well stocked with paper products, towels and etc. All you had to do, just bring your personal belongings and any food. The grounds and building are well maintained. The heated pool and whirlpool were great to use even though the weather was a little chilly at times.We sat outside on the balcony almost everyday, to enjoy the afternoon sun and watch the beautiful sunsets. The balcony furniture was very comfortable. You could eat outside or lay in the sunshine watch the gulf and/or dolphins.The walk in shower with safety rails and two shower heads, makes it convenient for all guests. The living room was well furnished plus a huge TV. We watched the Olympics and you felt like you were right there!The host responded quickly if we had any questions. They were very courteous and a pleasure to talk to. We are looking forward to next year’s visit. This unit has everything we need to have an enjoyable stay in PCB.

Panama City Beach was a regular vacation spot for our families almost every year while we were growing up. So when were married our favorite place to go was Panama City Beach. We spent our honeymoon at PCB. We still love going there and think it’s even better now than it was over 50 years ago.

Why they chose this property

We like the location of the Palazzo- the west end of PCB and only one mile from Pier Park and still on the quieter end of the beach. We love having the parking underneath the condo so you can move quickly and easily from your car to your condo. The condo has wider hallways and the rooms are a little bit larger than other one bedroom 2 bath condos. Plus the private balcony is bigger and there is a bunk room. The people are very nice too.

What makes this property unique

There is parking across the street if you need it for oversized vehicles. Pool is heated year round.
