This is a 2bdr/2bath condo at Topsail Dunes building 3 with incredible views. (3 levels up from ground) The Condo is just steps away from the Elevator but around the corner enough so it's not noisy. Watch the sunrise then hang out to hopefully observe dolphins and distant ships all from the privacy of your balcony. Feel your mind and body start to relax as you listen to the smoothing sounds of the ocean from the balcony, living room or master bedroom. Enjoy the day beach combing or shell collecting. This beach themed condo is sure to offer everything you need. Enjoy a cup of coffee from balcony or sit at the kitchen island and converse with whomever might be fixing a meal or preparing a salami and cheese plate which there are plenty of wine glasses. For you beer drinkers mugs are in the freezer.

The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets and glass back splash accented with beach theme items. There are plenty of dishes and pots and pans to choose from.

All linens are included.

The master bedroom is equipped with a NEW queen size bed, large dresser and closet with an on-suite bathroom. There is even a sliding door to the balcony. You can lay in bed watch the sunrise and hear the wave break on the shore. There is a cable TV for your viewing pleasure.

Guest bedroom has a single bed, bunks with a single and double. There is a dresser and nightstand as well.

Hall bath includes a tub/shower for soaking or washing the little ones.

Living room has a super comfortable couch and chair, a Smart TV with cable, The Condo has free WiFi connection.

Washer and dyer in the hall way in case you need to wash clothes or towels.

For the beach there are beach towels, chairs, sand toys, and Styrofoam surfboards for you to enjoy. Located in the guest closet and white cabinet in the entry way.

My start to retirement

I felt at home as soon as I walked in. Arrived late but I was looking forward to see the beach and ocean when I woke up. Loved the area and I met a lot of nice people. I would love to return. Thank you Rick & Karen

Update was only floor and the kitchen cupboards

The dishwasher was not in good condition had to run dishwasher cleaner two times and had to dust the ceiling fans wash the floors screen door didn’t lock. The pots and pans were ok not new like picture. The statement on the website said newly updated which we thought the entire .apartment. This was BIGGEST DISSAPPOINMENT! The second bedroom full size bed only had a cushion for a mattress was not very supportive.

Wonderful place

We enjoyed our stay at Rick and Karen’s. The unit was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed being steps away from both the beach and pool access and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place!

This condo checked all the boxes just as it is described on the website. It was beautiful. We just love Topsail Dunes!

Family memories

We had a great time & made alot of memories. The Condo was very nice & it supplied us with alot that we didn't have to buy there. We just didnt like having to do our bed & towel laundry before we left. We had to wait until it was done , did not like that.

Accommodations good. Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils etc... Bathroom in primary room was very small. It would have been beneficial too have two keys for the unit

July 29th Week Stay

What an amazing place! It was the perfect location and the beach was not crowded at all. The condo had all the amenities you needed.It was nice to be able to cook a quick breakfast or lunch because all the kitchen necessities were there. The view on the balcony was amazing and I enjoyed having my coffee out there every morning! You could hear the people above you walking around which was not great but not the owners fault. I can’t wait to come back next year. I think we finally found our annual beach trip!

Beautiful beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The upstairs neighbors constantly walked very heavily footed all day every day. But the condo was very nicely decorated and suited our needs perfectly.

Wonderful View, Great Stay!

Karen and Rick’s place was perfectly situated on the beach. We were steps to the beach and it was so nice that they had chairs, towels and toys that my family could use during our stay. We had everything we needed to cook meals and we were comfortable. Rick and Karen responded to us immediately when we had questions and were great hosts. We were sad to leave!

Beautiful views

Condo was beautiful and spacious! Had everything you needed and well equipped. Easy access to beach and pool and beautiful views!!! Issue with A/C and owner had fixed immediately. Would definitely come back! Great restaurant named Rick's place in close distance

Peace and Quiet

The property was clean. No issues other than noise from unit above us. In the master bedroom, you can hear the noise from the occupants above. Unfortunately, a small child was constantly running from one room to another all during the night.

Beautiful Condo

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this condo. I love the area & this particular condo is perfect for vacation on the beach. The view from the balcony is breathtaking of a morning & evening. It has everything you need. Thanks again Rick & Karen for sharing your place!

Very nice condo and stay!

We have been going to Topsail Dunes for about 8 years now and it never disappoints! We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness of the unit. We really loved that the linens were provided and we were very comfortable. Loved the balcony view! Our visit was shortened due to Hurricane Ian and the owners were very helpful and kind in regards to that. They were super responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay in the unit again in we have the opportunity!.

Awesome Views!

Overall, this is a cute unit. Love the view from the balcony and master bedroom. On the downside, the unit upstairs was noisy most of the nights making it hard to sleep. Some roaches still around as well. Saw the traps, hope you are having regular extermination, which is all that works. We were pleased to see the unit offered a Keurig so we did not bring the one we travel with, only to be disappointed that it was no longer in place. The combo unit for brewed coffee and pod coffee only worked on the brew side. The pod side seemed to be stopped up. First morning had to leave for coffee and coffee to brew with the rest of the week as we didn't realize when we checked in the pod side would not work. Pics need to be updated. The unit was not very clean to the touch. Refrigerator very greasy on the outside and smelled heavily of fish. Bought baking soda to help that. Did a sanitation wipe of everything as it seemed to only be picked up but not wiped down. Also, the previous occupant did not empty out the fridge and we left it as we found it. With that exception we tried to leave the unit better than we found it.

Great price

Beautiful views of the ocean and very short walk to the beach. Condo was nice and clean. Only complaint, there is not enough restaurant's in the area.

My family purchased this property in summer for 2016 as a place to come and relax. We love the small town feel. It's a work in progress as we make upgrades and continue to remodel so can share our vacation home with you. We were born and raised in California and live in a little wine town, not Napa the other wine country in Calaveras County. We have one child still in high school so we aren't moving anytime soon oh and there is that thing called a retire when time allows we like to travel.
