3 BR, 3 Bath Ocean Front Condo on 22nd Floor of Gulf Shore's Tallest Building

Located on West Beach in the heart of Gulf Shores. This unit has been newly decorated with new paint throughout, new carpet in the bedrooms, new flat-screened televisions throughout, and some new furniture. This 22nd floor non-smoking condo is on east corner with breathtaking views of white, sandy beaches and sparkling water so clear you can see the dolphins and an occasional shark! Floor-to-ceiling view of ocean and front balcony access from Living Room and Master Bedroom. 9 foot ceilings throughout. Balcony access from 2nd and 3rd bedrooms with view of ocean and lagoon. 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath w/sleeper sofa in the Living Room. There are 2 king-sized beds and 1 queen bed. Living Room and all bedrooms have new flat-screen television. Master Bath w/ Jacuzzi and separate shower. The large U-shaped kitchen has Stainless Steel Appliances, Granite Counter tops, double ovens, and is equipped with most everything you will need to prepare a wonderful meal! Free Wi-Fi is included. Laundry room with new washer and dryer. Other amenities include indoor infinity heated pool on the 3rd floor and also an outdoor infinity pool, both overlooking the gulf. Has 150 ft. frontage on Gulf of Mexico. There is a fitness center w/steam/sauna on the 4th floor overlooking gulf, a BBQ Area beside building, and a mostly covered parking garage with a 2-car maximum per unit. There are 2 high-speed elevators. Building has interior sprinkler and smoke detector system, and is a completely reinforced concrete structure. Close to restaurants. Within walking distance to the Pier and the Hangout.

Amazing View

The condo was super clean. We arrived at night but when we woke up the next morning quickly realized how much of a difference the corner unit makes. The view was the best view I've ever seen from a beachfront condo.

Connie was very responsive. We woke up not being able to find the coffee carafe. She had one delivered quickly, although there was another coffee pot in a cabinet so we didn't have to go a minute without anything we needed. I'd stay here again.

Comfortable condo with great views!!

My family of five loved the condo...wasn't quite a comfortable walking distance to The Hangout (we chose to drive) but the condo itself had almost every accommodation we could have desired. Connie was very easy to work with and we would definitely recommend to others.

Great Condo

Great condo with a great view. Well appointed interior. Could use a ceiling fan in living area but that does not deter from the fact that this place is awesome!

Perfect Location with great view!

One of the best condo's we've ever stayed in at Gulf Shores. The owner was more than helpful the week leading up to our stay and once we got there, we couldn't have been happier. Condo was well stocked with everything we could have asked for and the view by itself was worth the price. Location was right on the beach and a minute's drive from pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. Beds were comfy and everything was spotless when we arrived. Will definitely look into staying here again the next time we head down from Illinois

Best Condo Ever!

We have been visiting Gulf Shores for 13 years and this is by far the best vacation property! Connie made our stay easy from reservations, to payments , to our actual stay. This condo has lots of extras that really made our week a joy!

The view is beautiful and the location is perfect. We were within close proximity to great restaurants and shopping. We will definitely return next summer.
