Retiro de la playa de Wrightsville !! Esta casa frente al mar se encuentra en el extremo sur deseable de la isla, con vista tanto al océano como a las dunas naturales. Pasea desde la amplia terraza frente al mar hasta la arena para encontrarte en la playa, listo para disfrutar el día. La excepcional y clásica casa de campo incluye 2 salas de estar, pisos de madera y una sensación de amplitud y comodidad con amplias cubiertas para crear un espacio perfecto para relajarse con la familia tanto en interiores como en exteriores. Cocina totalmente equipada incluye barra de asientos para 3. Área de comedor ofrece asientos para 6. Amplio estacionamiento para 8+ vehículos.
** INCLUIDO: WIFI, limpieza, cocina completamente equipada, artículos de papel y TODA la ropa de cama, incluida toda la ropa de cama + baño + toallas de playa para ahorrarle la molestia / costo de alquilarlos por separado ($ 200-300 + valor). Cuando llegue, las camas se harán con sábanas limpias y frescas, y habrá juegos completos de toallas suaves disponibles. Our family had a great vacation, the house was comfortable and close to the beach & close to a local coffeeshop. Great porch, several different areas to hang out in. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect quaint oceanfront property!

The outdoor space of this property is simply superb. Wide, well appointed decks that offer both sunrise and sunset views!! The cottage was well appointed with tons of character! Perfect for our family celebration!

We had a terrific week, amazing views. House had everything we needed. Well utilized space with including front and back decks. Management company was really responsive with questions and concerns. Looking forward to our next stay.

The perfect family vacation home!

We had an amazing family vacation at this property - pups included! The interior was very clean and had all of the essentials that were needed. The bathrooms had even been updated since I originally booked! That was a nice plus. There is plenty of living space inside and a large kitchen table, but we spent almost all of our time (when we weren't on the beach) sitting on the back porch and eating our meals at the outdoor dining table. We would definitely look to come back here in the future!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Due to the hurricane we didn’t know if we could be able to attend my niece’s wedding or if there would be a wedding. Our first place had water damage so Tracey was able to find Carolina Breezy with a great view. We loved the place except it needs outlets in the bathroom and a few updates throughout the place. Great vacation and the kids enjoyed walking to the beach.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is in a good location, but is in need of some TLC. Both doors to the outside stuck so badly even my husband couldn't get them open at times. The microwave doesn't work, the gas grill doesn't work. The bushes out front need removal because you can not pull out on the road without risking a head-on if someone were close. The beach access is only through a public access. Otherwise it was pretty much as expected.

Lovely!

Our little family enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful living room, sitting room and kitchen as well as amazing decks on the front and back of the property. The access to the beach was public access and was a little hike, but not bad especially since the beach wasn’t busy. It was so nice to have private outside showers. Our only slight issue was the tiny bathrooms, but everything else was so so great. Some places claim they have AC, and this place had the BEST AC we’ve ever had on vacation at the beach.

The cottage clean, well stocked with kitchen items, lots of beach toys such as bikes, SUP, boogie board, beach chairs etc. Beds were comfortable, kitchen updated, supplies provided for dishwasher, etc. Bathrooms need updating, electrical a little sketchy, and bedding/comforters and shams seemed they were not washed. Had some challenges with the TV, strange car in the parking lot, but the rental company was very responsive and helped whenever we asked. Would rent again but would like to see updated bathrooms and instead of comforters, maybe duvet covers that could be washed.

What a Sweet Authentic Beach House

We spent the majority of or time on the fantastic porches! In this age of "tear it down and build new" it was nice to spend time in this Authentic Wrightsville Cottage. The beds were comfortable, the décor was put together well with touches of new and old that blended well. Seascape does a great job managing their properties, they are very clean and Tracie does a great job helping you find something perfect for your family! I hope as the owner of Carolina Breezy continues to upgrade they will maintain its charm and character!!

Great that it had two large decks, one fronting the ocean for daytime use and the second, more wind protected, facing away from the ocean. Smallish kitchen, but nicely decorated interior spaces. Has washer & dryer, but the latter was very noisy. Bikes and beach paraphernalia was also available. We were goaded that we booked, and would return.
